I worked with Michael at this store and he has some of the worst customer service skills I have ever seen. I asked him to help me out with something, he explained I would have to wait, while he helped other customers who kept walking in the door. Before he worked with the other customers, he insulted me by stating the only reason I was there was because my husband sent me, so my husband wouldnt have to take care of my vehicle. I went there with my own vehicle to take care of it myself, and Ive always done that. When he finally "helped" me, he was not polite at all. If you go to this store, avoid Michael at all costs if youre a woman. He seems to be only polite to the guys. He explained former auto zone employees were probably more willing to help me in the past because they thought I was cute. While this may seem like a compliment, it wasnt. What kind of business are they running?

Went in for parts on my boyfriends 91 Camaro and the staff (including the MOD) treated me with utmost disrespect. They talked down to me and acted as though I was stupid... I came in for a coolant thermostat and he had the audacity to ask me if I even knew what they did. They tend to me more expensive than that of NAPA which I prefer to go to anyway, and have a hard time understanding what Im looking for; it took me 25 minutes to explain to him that I was looking for the door lock BUTTON for my passenger door and not the mechanism. And just like most part stores, they are constantly trying to upsell you.

Whenever I need auto part I go to this Autozone first. Not only is it close to my house but I always get great customer service! If they do not have what I need they direct me to someone who does even if it is a competitor store. The store is always clean and the employees are nice and knowledgeable!! Cant go wrong going to this store for after market auto parts!!

The staff here are always helpful and friendly. I see them helping customers with simple tasks right in the parking lot. Their selection of motorcycle products has grown recently. Unfortunately for me, they didnt stock enough of the oil I wanted to do a full oil change. Still, its a friendly convenient place to go for your automotive needs.

Close to closing time by the time I figured out my battery was dead. The man that was on duty was awesome! I only use autozone for my car needs and when I called him he was awesome! We got there right before close and he got me in and out before close! Awesome service!

Im in my 40s and Ive been working on cars since I was 9 years old and buying parts from all places and these guys are so knowledgeable about the parts you get , give the right part the first time and friendly! I would recommend this AUTOZONE to everyone.

Has a large quantity of supplies, even for my old uncommon car. Employees are nice. It isnt perfect, they dont have everything. But it would be unrealistic to think they could have everything.
