This was the worst experience I have ever had as a online shopper. I am focused on this location specifically because this is where my order was supposed to be picked up. I ordered online with local pick up, and they shipped it to my house. Every call to customer service resulted in being told to go to the store. Going to the store left me calling the customer service line because the store had no record of the order. After much frustration I ordered the same product on Amazon and save 15% and got free shipping overnight ( I Love Amazon). Customer service told me to return the product to the store once I receive it and I would be refunded immediately. So, I took my merchandise to the store and they processed my return and did some special return because it was a google checkout order. The store told me 24-48 hours before I would see the funds. I called two days later and they told me that it could take a little extra time. Over a week later I call because no money has been released. Customer service transferred me to the store phone, who told me it was not in their control. So I call customer service back, they transfer me 3 more times before listening to what had happened. Finally I get to talk to someone, who calls the store again while placing me on hold. Magically, he gets back to me and says that the "paperwork" was never sent to them so it was not processed, but I would see the refund within another 24-72 hours. No one has any truthful answer for why this happened, basically a button was not clicked. If you shop at their store, great I am sure problems can be avoided, but customer service sucks. I will not go back even for sales. Sorry 4 wheel parts, you need to get your technology in order.

Went to the 4-Wheel Parts website, made a purchase and requested the "in-store" pickup option in which I was informed that I would be contacted by the store manager, via email, once my parts had arrived. As time passed I moved on to another retailer, obviously never being notified that my parts had arrived...not the best business practices but things do happen, and Im sure they have bigger fish to fry other than my $28.00 order, BUT I then realized I had been charged for parts that I had not received nor had I received any communication on. After being lost in the 4-Wheel Parts phone loop I was notified by an online phone rep that they couldnt do anything about the transaction as a "ticket" had already been issued to the local retailer? Would have to be handled at the store level...Oh the same store that never contacted me in the first place? I did put a call into the store and they DID indicate that they would credit my account and get it resolved quickly...although my confidence, based on performance, is not at an all time Ill curb any negative feedback regarding that topic, my guess is the retailer is at the mercy of 4-Wheel Parts online store policy. My commentary is be careful with the in-store pickup option from 4-Wheel Parts online store...doesnet appear that they have this option functioning that effeciently and may actually be putting there retail locations in a "bad light" as far as providing a positive consumer experience. I love the concept but can honestly say I will not be using it again anytime in the near future.

These guys are horrible at customer service. I took a bunch of performance parts to them to have them installed. Then they took 5 days longer than they said it would, and now my truck makes a LOUD CLUNK sound when Im turning and the front drivers hub binds up when in 4 wheel drive and makes a HORRIBLE pop sound when it releases. I took it back immediately but they said it was cause by my steering stabilizers (which I didnt install till they day before I took it back) so I know thats not why. And as for the binding up of the drivers side hub. They said they couldnt duplicate the issue. And wouldnt fix it. Not to mention the alignment job they did after all the work SUCKED. I had brand new Goodyear MTRs when I had the work done. And now only 6 months later I had to buy new front tires because of the camber being off so much. They never adjusted the rear brakes after installing new slotted rotors and pads up front. Will NEVER take another vehicle to them for work. And the store reps are the rudest people Ive ever delt with. All they want is your money and dont care if the job is even done right. I am EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH THEIR WORK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO EVEN MY WORST ENEMY!!!!! THEY NEED TO GET THEIR CRAP TOGETHER IF THEY WANT TO MAKE IT IN THIS ROUGH ECONOMY....

Like a lot of people Ive spent some money with 4 wheel parts in AZ and Colorado. Dealing with the long please hold when you call in store, bringing my truck back because of amateur installs, (which every location is not very convenient ) waiting Forever when they say "it will be about a half hour to an hour. Well three hours later, here are your keys. The other day, they tried to charge me extra for having a interlock devise on my truck now. That was the straw that broke the camels back. When I told them I put a new tip On and its easy to blow into, he looked at me like a deer in headlights (Mark) and said it wasnt their policy. Oh, Im sorry you dont have faith in your installers to pass a interlock devise. Instead, lets waste an hour to get it disabled so that our installers dont fail a breathalyzer. I said nope, and went straight to desert rat which one is in north Phoenix. Guess what, no wait time, less expensive, no interlock charge and we got a good laugh at 4 wheels expense. Needless to say Desert Rat will be modifying my toys from here on out. Thank you Mark for saving a half hour out of my trips to have work done :)

Save yourself a horrible experience!! Had a Fabtech 4" system installed here. Now when I drive my truck it sounds like its going to fall apart. Made an appointment to have the issue resolved and they just added some grease to the bushings. Afterwards the grinding and rattling was still there so they told me to come back in a week so they could take it apart and figure out the problem....I thought that was why I was here to being with?!?! What a waste of time, these guys have no idea what theyre doing! If you do come here dont deal with Joel, he is terrible at customer relations and lacks any kind of product knowledge. His only answer to your questions is, his words exactly "life isnt prefect!"

I purchased front and rear bumpers with 4 Wheel Parts Performance Center. They claimed it was damaged in shipping but did not attempt to contact me until after the bumpers were installed. The front bumpers paint was partially removed across drivers side. During installation they scratched driver and passenger sides below rear brake lights and damaged the transmission cooler by improperly installing the front bumper. I received a lot of excuses and looks of ignorance but no offers to rectify the damage they had inflicted. I recommend looking for a different shop with a higher level of professionalism and integrity.
