After having battery problems I went by the Auto zone closest to my house. I was told in a rather non caring way there is no record you ever bought your battery here. I have always bought my batteries at Auto zone and knew I did however the associate argued with me and in so many words said I didnt. He absolutely did not try at all to find out why it wasnt showing in there system that I bought the battery there. He says there was nothing he could do. So I started to leave and he said he could take 10% off a new battery. Since this associate didnt try to find out the error I left. I decided to drive several miles out of my way to a different Auto zone that I had dealt with before. When I walked in I was really upset and the Associate(Jossue- not sure how you spell it) calmly listened to me and ran into the same problem at the other store. They couldnt find the car battery I bought in their system. Again I repeated that I was positive I bought it there I always have. I came in asking about my KIA and the only car that was listed was my Honda he clicked on it and found the battery. He then explained that the original warranty on the battery ran out and unfortunately I would have to get a new one. I didnt have my credit card on me so I ran home, got it and rushed back to the store. I was happy to see the same associate there. He kindly greeted me and we picked out the new battery. Then part way through the process I find out he was off a little bit ago. Not only was he going the extra mile to get this taken care of but he was doing this when he could of been off! He then offered to walk outside and help me out it in again on his off time. This is what true customer service is about. I will drive our if my way to go to this store because of this level of service! Kuddos Autozone!

I recently purchased a keyless entry for 100$ online, called up there and asked if I can have my money back Because I bought the wrong one for the Car, the employee said they dont usually take things back electronic for the car. I havent even used the keyless entry at all, its in the box I havent used it and they still wouldnt give my money back. Its not fair that happened when the employee couldnt have me a suggestion or something. I at least wanted my money back or half or something! Wont go to this location at all until I get my money back.! Dont go to this bullshit again

I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN THIS STORE EVER! GAVE ME THE WRONG ALTERNATOR TWICE. FOUR DAYS LATER AND A LOT OF SWEARING. I TOOK IT TO A MECHANIC HE TOOK ONE LOOK AT IT AND WAS LIKE OH YOU NEED A CHIPPED ALTERNATOR. IF AUTOZONE HAD GIVEN ME THE RIGHT PART IN THE FIRST PLACE WOULD HAVE BEEN GREAT. SO MUCH FAIL!!! NEVER GOING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

Your basic auto parts store. Staff seems to know what theyre doing, and they have a good variety of products. Im not a "motor head" so I dont know how complete/extensive their inventory is, but theyve always had whatever supplies I have need (today it was fuses for a VW).

Ive got here many times for auto parts. Friendly, inexpensive, and if you have questions or need to borrow some tools and do a small job right out front theyll gladly lend them to you and even give helpful pointers.

Worst customer service. Every time Ive gone to this location I wait 20 min just to check out. If there was a napa around the corner I would have paid the extra money instead of waiting to buy a quart of oil.
