Terrible customer service! I ordered a dress up kit for my 1987 Chevy suburban. I called before going in on the day they said it would be there. They said it was there but we have some paper work because it said it was returned. Went it about 9 oclock that night and they said it wasnt there! I was furious! I ordered between work because I was up in Orem that day. So I drove 30 minutes and they said they didnt have it!!! So I called the next day and they said they had it! I told them what happened yesterday and the guy said thats weird! Because its sitting in the back right hear (wear it was yesterday). So I came in and the talked to this lady. And she said we ordered it for you then for some reason on are end or your end it was cancelled and returned! She then proceeded to tell me I got a full refund and there was nothing else to be said! I then said " I paid in cash! How dose that work"? She gave me this dumb founded look and said "oh"! Then she said" let me see the receipt". So I gave it to her. Less than 40 seconds later she brought it out! It was almost like they were trying to keep my $197 and my dress up kit! NEVER GOING BACK TO THAT AUTO ZONE!!!!

I have always had positive experiences at Auto Zones in Utah in general, but this location always comes through. They just act like they care and I love that. Im writing this review because my wife was having car problems that I couldnt help her with because Im in Chicago for a couple months. I sent her down to AutoZone to have her battery and alternator checked out.They not only tested it for her but agreed to pull it for her and put the new one in. Now normally I wouldnt expect this from anyone, its not their job, but my wife is 8 months pregnant so their willingness to do this was a great relief to me. I really appreciate these guys and this is just one example of why they are great.

I had an associate Adam N who was trying to ignore me the entire time. I asked him for his help (he was helping a customer). He said he would be there after he was done. He continued to help everyone else as they came into the store, ignoring me while the other woman there went in the back. After everyone else left I asked him to help again and he gave me an attitude about helping.

Customer service here sucks dont waste your time here either go to South Orem or Lindon customer service is by far the worst South orem takes care of their customers this 1 not just 1 bad experience every time I go in there is bad needs to hire new employees new management whatever it takes I have been going to Autozone for the past 15 to 20 years

Battery went while on trip. Memorial Day, they were short-staffed and busy. They still loaned tools and did the heavy lifting. Maintained their cool even though slammed with customers, couldnt have been better without being phoney. Had the product, had the tools, had the service. I dont know what some others are complaining about.

Top notch service! Even though they were really busy, Michael helped us by identifying the cause of our startup issues (corroded clamps) and helped us get them replaced super speedy. Also, prices were ON POINT. Definitely would recommend 100%.
