I had to get a new battery put in one of our vehicles, and was feeling little anxious about having to put it in myself, and worried about spending a bunch of money. We had several car repairs in the past few weeks, so having to deal with this on top of it all was not ideal. I decided to stop in at this location, and Im so very glad I did. An employee, Micah, was so incredibly helpful. He checked first to make sure it was the battery, recognized the brand and did a search to see if the old one was purchased through them (since I had no idea where we had purchased it). Sure enough, it was! He told me he could do a price match, and also prorated the old battery, saving us a bunch of money! Micah was very kind and installed the new battery for me, which was such a relief. We will definitely use Autozone in future for our car part needs!

I was at AutoZone at this location about a week ago and I had been having car problems that no one could figure out what the problem was. Not even when I took it in to a mechanic (who misdiagnosed the problem). Patrick took the time to actually listen to me and my explanation of the symptoms I saw and then actually investigated the issues after popping my hood, and to top it all off, he installed the part I needed himself! Not to mention that all of this was a $1.50 fix! He went above and beyond for me and I could not be more grateful! Patrick was very honest, fair, personable and willing to go the extra mile for me. Definitely a person you can trust.

Micah helped me yesterday, August 23, 2017. I went in with my wife and boy and asked for a check engine light test. Without hesitation, he came right out and hooked up his code reader and began the test. Once completed, he returned to the store and gave us a print out of the codes errors. He was very friendly and informative. We ended up buying a part that may help with the problem. With that said, we may return the item simply because the check engine hasnt turned back on since that time, haha. Maybe Micah fixed the problem without even knowing it. Will be going back should I have anything else I need. Thanks gusy!

Frankly, I do not think I have had better service in any establishment, retail or hospitality. Patrick, Michael and the management provided completely unprecedented levels of service when my car broke down on a trip up from Las Vegas. Over a weekend, the rectified the problem and took personal time to get me on my way. This was truly a case of customer service first, and in a world where there is such great concern about the honesty and integrity of workers in the automotive industry, I found here at Auto Zone, individuals in that field who exemplify both of those forgotten traits.

My boyfriend and I were out for a night ride on his motorcycle when suddenly we heard a loud noise and realized we had lost nuts on the exhaust pipe. We had over an hour ride back home so we wanted to get it fixed and stopped at this Auto Zone. It was a few minutes after closing and an employee, Micah was coming out to lock up but he came out to see if we needed anything and helped my boyfriend fix the problem! He and another employee Patrick really went above and beyond and we greatly appreciated the awesome customer service to get us back home safely!! Great location!

Patrick and Micah were extremely helpful tonight. I needed to buy a bunch of parts for my drum brakes and I came in and they were very quick to get my order settled and answer all of my questions about my rear drum brakes and all the parts that go with it because I had no idea what I was doing. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and helped me get everything into the car. Highly recommend. They were also significantly lower in price by a total of $30 for everything .they didnt try to upsell me on anything. They were very fair.

Patrick and Micah was amazing in how helpful, knowledgeable they were. Not only took the time to make sure I got the parts I needed but, tried to find other solutions that might be easier for a DIY guy like me . Definitely an assets to Autozone. Im not sure about the rest of you. But, I can buy parts and products I need anywhere but, its the service that really sets the experience apart. They definitely made an issue I had with my trailer a simple fix. Good Job Gentlemen ! Keep up the good work!!!!

Great customer service, Ive been there multiple times where they had many different things going on, they always make sure you are taken care of, if they dont have the part you need in stock they are really helpful in ordering it for you, and if youre like me and are there frequently, some employees will know you at least by your project if not by your name as well. I have been to other auto parts stores and none have me leaving with a smile. Keep it up! Youve got yourself a loyal customer.

Be sure you know what part you need before going in. Twice I have been told I needed to completly replace something when it was only a few bolts. One was for lugstuds, was quoted 3000 for a new axle. Once for the bolts that hold the sway bar in place. They tried to sell me the entire sway arm AND the bolt I needed! Would be a 1 star if it wasnt for the actual "lifetime warranty" that includes everything. UNLIKE their competitors, whose warranties usually dont cover "wear"

Im sorry to put a two star review for this establishment, but I just had a shameful encounter. I looked for two very basic parts for making some brake light repairs for my car and one of them was misplaced/mislabeled in inventory, and he didnt bother providing any other solutions or resolution and the other was poorly stocked. He simply seemed like he just blew me off. I think theyre here to provide business for Oreilys, cause Oreilys was WAAAY more helpful and stocked.

Talk about service! I came in tonight needing my battery tested and new window wipers. It was pouring rain outside, but David Parris was unbelievably helpful and friendly saying he was happy to help. It turned out that I needed a new battery and he told me to wait inside so that I wouldnt have to stand in the rain. He was courteous and professional. As a female coming in and not knowing a whole lot, working with David made things go a lot smoother. Thank you!!

These guys are awesome. Patrick B. and Brandon are great guys. My wife and I were on our way home and the wiper broke. We stopped into grab a new wiper blade and while I was trying to install the new blade Patrick came by and asked it we would like him to install the blade and that was right after he was helping someone else. It was pouring down rain. He also check the other blade for wear too and let us know the other blade was getting ready to break too.
