Im not pleased with the outcome of tonights encounter I had with one of your employees. My friend and I walked in to the store to return some backsplash tiles in exchange for a different type. There were 26 sq ft of tile in our hands, therefore the boxes were extremely heavy. We carried them into the store only to be chastised by your employee at the door, who rudely told us the store was closed. We apologized and asked if we could borrow a cart to take the tile back out to the car (again, it was extremely heavy). The guy rolled his eyes and shoved a cart at us, which hit me in the hand almost causing me to drop the tile. He didnt offer to help us carry it back out, which is one thing. The LEAST he could have done was lend us the cart without being rude about it. Ill be returning the tile tomorrow and ill be sure to take my business elsewhere.

One of the worst experiences I have had with Home Depot. I have spent a lot of money with these guys but after this weekend I am having second thoughts going forward. The job was to tap into an old water copper valve that hooked up to a washer. I was converting over to a pex line. What the guy working in plumbing dept. didnt tell me was that it was a different thread size. So he sent me home with the wrong thread on the valve I was trying to tap into. This went on for two days going back and forth and every time I returned he had some smart remark about my return and continued to not help me. It wasnt until another employee explained their was different thread sizes. Lowes looks a lot better then you guys since you cant hire people that help or make snide comments when they know you are have problems.

Jared M. was trying his best, with multiple incoming phone calls, myself, a very pregnant young woman, the line steadily grew longer. Its obviously understaffed right now. Someone finally came to help after being here for 15 minutes waiting to pick up an order for the company I work for, time is of an essence at this point. Ive been to 4 home depots across the valley today and I understand its a Friday night but the service just fell short. Hopefully I can review better service next time Im in! I love the Millcreek area, I like to see the community striving for excellence. I changed the review from a one star to a 3 star because of Jared M. Guy was sweating from running around looking for my items and I dont blame him. He save my experience from being horrible. Thanks Jared M.!

This is a terrible Home Depot there is never anyone working in the windows and doors. They just have excuse after excuse. Pam is one of the store managers she will promise you the world and do nothing to help you. "I will take your number and have someone call you in the morning" 5 days later after someone calls me after I have been calling them and no one answers the phone. It took a week to get the window ordered and when the window came in do you think they bothered to call and let me know it was in?.?...... NO! I had to call them for 4 days to still have nobody to answer the phone. So I had to go into the store to find out if the window was in. Again nobody was working in the windows and doors department. Terrible customer service!

Every time I go there it is a horrible experience. Recently I was at the gardening center and bought 3 bags of mulch which was on-sale. I asked the cashier if the prices were correct because on a previous visit NOTHING that I got on sale actually priced that way. The employee responded "Lady if I knew the right prices I would be making more money...Ill wait while you check" I was pretty upset to say the least, If I was just a little crazier I would have slapped this man. I tried to complain to a manager and could not find one. Even if I did, I dont think anyone would have done anything anyway.

I dont usually complain but I cant help but to feel as though this particular store has disgraceful customer service. I searched for 20 minutes in the tool section (aisle 11) for a pair of 90 degree needle nose pliers without finding any. No employee in sight. Finally I had to track down an employee who wouldnt even stop to talk to me, he hardly listened to me and just spouted off "aisle 11, thats all we have" and continued walking. Aisle 11 is where the rope and hanging equipment is and has absolutely no tools what so ever. Im appalled by this.

Horrible service. It took 5 employees to tell me they were out of something. The first three just took off saying they would be back to never return and the last two said they were out of the product without even really looking. I finally went up to the front to find a manager and he never came down either he just said they were out of the product even though I could see it on a shelf too high for me to reach it. I feel that this Home Depot is the worst I have ever been to.

Im happy with service at home depot especially tool rental manager Luqmon Mughal was very courteous and polite when I had an issue with plumbing machine with its broken card. When I broad the machine to his notice he checked it thoroughly and gave me tips to handle it safely for future. Not only that he quickly came to the resolution to exchange evenly. Overall I enjoyed doing business with hope depot.

The best place in Salt Lake City to start a home improvement. Whether you want to do it yourself or use their At Home Services to bring in a contractor. I cant imagine why you would go anywhere else. Are you Nuts? Go to the Home Depot on Highland Drive! The staff are extremely helpful and much friendlier than Lowes, not to mention much more good looking. Whatever they pay them its not enough!

Horrible. While there are some excellent employees, the ones that suck make a great case to never go back there again. Ordering an appliance took over an hour of sitting there and wishing the person knew what they were doing. They didnt. As a result, 3 days later and were still dealing with the issues that this individual caused.

Do not buy carpet from these people. 1.) Their "7-10 day" guarantee is worthless. 2.) they try to sell you way more carpet than you need for a job. 3.) they have an annoying "oh well, what ya gonna do" attitude when they screw you over (by, for example, not showing up). Did get a refund but had to eat the 50.00 measurement costs.

The girl who helped me at the customer service was great but the guy in the tool rental part of the store wasnt helpful at all he acted like I was more a inconvenience then a paying customer I shop at this home Depot all the time and was the first time I was ever treated like that from one of its employees

The staff is almost always super helpful. I was loading a bunch of studs on a cart the other day and I had a large stack in my hands and they started to twist and the stack fell apart in my hands; then without even asking a nearby associate ran over to help me re-stack the studs and get them on my cart.
