I found the store to be BIG, bright, clean beautifully stocked and with things Id been looking for but could not find at HD or Lowes. The employees were plentiful, gave good advice, friendly, very helpful and didnt rush me. Checkout was quick once the casher called for backup. The prices are higher than at the bigger stores, but the entire shopping experience (as far as Im concerned) makes it worthwhile to shop at this ACE store. P.S. I didnt have time to shop the entire store, so Ill be going back...soon.

I shop here regularly. The quality of the staff varies greatly with some experienced older people who are really helpful and know a lot. A few of the younger staff are good too, but several times Ive run into people who do not know much of anything and to top it off are lazy and reluctant to help. Still about 10 million times better than Home Depot or Lowes.

On numerous occasions I have been helped beyond the call of duty at this particular location. Odd projects completed because of the diligence to either find what I needed or help me find it elsewhere. I appreciated their honesty when helping me find materials even outside of their company. Ill be coming to this store even though its out of my way now.

Worst experience they had rookies running the cash registers could not get back proper change even if I wanted to dont bother calling managers they did nothing to help the problem
