These guys can be a little "gruff" but afterall, they are pawn shop employees, they have to be, but they are very fair and after building a relationship as a long time customer, I can tell you that they go above and beyond what is required of them and have helped me out several times, for example I got payed 5 days after my payment was due and they were cool enough to hold it for me till I got payed, not too many shops do that, treat them well and they will show you the same.

This was my first experience buying something from a pawn shop, and i expected the workers to be rude, but they were helpful when i asked for help and did not pressure me into buying anything. I purchased a $120 guitar and they let me put a down payment of $80 on it, with 2 weeks to pay the rest. I thought that was very generous to give 2 weeks! Overall it was a good buying experience, and the worker helped me decide which guitar would be best for me.

He sucks. He doesnt understand computers at all. Tried to tell me my 4 year old laptop was from 2000, and it was too old. I explained it was an HP 2000. Windows 8, flatscreen ( two things not even around in 2000). The owner got defensive at his lack of knowledge and then refused a loan of $40 for a $400 laptop. Skip the stop here and find a different pawn shop.

Not the most personable guys, but very fair and helpful. I could not figure how to connect my tv to their system, they took over and I left pleased (not so at another shop). I need a loan, they are my first stop! There is not a parking lot (Jessica) but plenty of parking on the street. Found some interesting stuff for sale there.

I called to see if my stolen bike had been pawned there, and the clerk on the phone was very nice, and helpful. He told me to check with a detective, because the info on pawned items is sent to the police department each day. He saved me a lot of time calling around to other pawn shops.

I called to check and see if they had received my stolen bike and the clerk abruptly yelled at me to call the police instead of him. When I told him that I was calling per a recommendation from the police he hung up. Very poor service, even when considering the nature of pawn shops.

Parking lot full of prostitutes? Jessica must have the wrong pawn shop in mind since Midtown doesnt have a parking lot... Ive done business with Midtown for years, Al and Brian are helpful and always willing to lend a hand!

RUDE! Do not even bother. The parking lot is only full of prostitutes doing business and it looks like their business is doing better then that Pawn Shop. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Guy is a thief and has no problems with buying stolen merchandise. Walk in, look around. You may just find property of yours that was stolen.
