Today july 11 my husband and i went in with a dvd blue ray netflix picture and music player cost at walmart around $200 and the hispanic lady was beyond rude telling us shed only resale it for 20$ if we didnt pick it up and was only willing to loan us 10$ on it and again this is my 3rd time handleing transactions with this hispanic lady and the resale value in a pawn shop having worked for one for that particular blue ray player is 45-55$ and im tired of her attitude and ignorance as well as lies. She seriously as a manager myself needs to treat customers with A LOT MORE RESPECT if she worked in my pawn shop id of fired her and i went in to specifically investigate for gephart the complaints about her at this pawn shop and her lack there of customer service and satisfaction as well as respect and ive concluded in my review a strike against this store not to do any further business until she is fired i will let you all know when that happens. We need to stand as one people and take our business elswhere to show the owner/manager we want respect, customer satisfaction and dignity and will not tolerate less.

I would put NO stars if I could. This guy completely lied to us to begin with, then insulted what I was trying to sell to him, after we had already gone to other pawn shops and they had told us otherwise. He gave us attitude and then as I was walking out I had told him that he gave us terrible customer service and he marched over from behind the counter then got into my face and threatened to hit me and I AM AN 18 YEAR OLD WOMEN, then physically pushed us out the door and continued to follow us out, I called customer service and Im NOT done yet. Do not go here, they are ridiculous and the other pawn shop across the street is WAY better and also mentioned to us that they get complaints all the time about that store. Trust me, there are other pawn shops on that street, and EZ pawn is the absolute worse.

Worst pawn shop in the history of pawn shops. Bunch of rip offs, I wouldnt pawn here if it was my last resort. The manager should not be a manager beyond rude and ignorant. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! unless your expecting the lowest of lowest prices on the stuff your selling or pawing. Wish I could rate 0 stars!

Most horrible customer service around. Unless you want products that arent thoroughly checked with NO GUARANTEE (not even 24 hours) and a no-return policy with a side of RUDE I would suggest NEVER going here. EZpawn in riverdale has more products and better over-all customer service.

Great selection of tools and electronics, including higher end power and construction tools. They suffer from an almost unbearably rude staff though, even when youre dropping $300 . Cant speak to how they are for receiving goods, weve only ever bought.
