I have given this company a lot of business in the last 4 years and have never had an issue with them until today. I got a loan on an item and was offered quite a bit more than I needed at the time, but I was told that if I were to end up needed the remaining amount offered I would just have to come back in and get the loan for the amount I needed. I visited the store today to get the remaining amount I had left, first the girl that came to help me looked at my account and went straight and got her manager. The manager basically told me that he wasnt going to honer what I was originally offered and told by one of his employees and was pretty rude about it and just kept on repeating himself. The manager proceeded to tell me that I would have to pay the full amount that was borrowed plus the interest, than I would have to set up an entirely new loan and I wouldnt receive the amount that I was originally offered two days ago!!! I will never go back to Cash America Pawn in Riverdale Utah at the top of Riverdale road. Everyone should go to EZ Pawn in Roy on 1900. They actually offer a reasonable amount for the product your selling. And all of the employees are very friendly and they explain all the terms clearly so it doesnt cause issues like the employees at Cash America Pawn. All my business from now on will be going to EZ Pawn. Thanks for nothing Cash America Pawn!!

As working musicians, my partner and I always make a point of stopping into pawn shops whenever were in a new town. We always manage to find some really useful items and/or great buys in this way, this store was no exception. However, if the manager of this store is reading this, please take these comments as constructive criticism: 1. you have your guitars displayed in the worst possible location. Direct sunlight and heat are absolute murder on a wooden instrument, and you guys have a lot of your guitars and basses hanging right near a south-facing window - NOT GOOD! 2. Post a sign telling parents of young children to keep their charges under control or else you WILL demand that they leave. During our visit, a young mother with 2 children under 5 was making some purchases and she could not/would not keep her kids from running around like hooligans and shouting like banshees while they felt free to touch everything and anything they could get their sticky little hands on. The employees behind the counter are too busy attending to paying customers - hire some temporary help for the Christmas rush, i.e., someone to monitor the sales floor. Just sayin.... well probably be back anyway.

I am in argument with myslef. This pawn shop for the most part has been good to deal with. Fair prices. Decent knowledge. One guy there is just super awesome. How ever, there is another guy there. Im not going to mention names, that would be inappropriate. This guy how ever, is a real world class jerk. Just the wrose. When you call in to the store, he just tells you he is super busy. And he just cant drop everything for you. I understand that. Im sure there are people who should get service before me. But why cant he hand me off to someone who is not so busy, or maybe have me hold for a min?! This guy is a real hindrance to the business. This is a place I wont be returning to, while he works there. I encourage others to weary of this guy.

If I could give a lower number I would it was terrible service I was on hold for an hour and when they finally answer they ask me to call back in ten minuets so I was like okay so I waited 15 and called back got put back on hold for 15 more minuets then the lady answers says call back later we are busy and proceeds to hang up so again I wait a half hour and try to call back and this time she says will you quit calling we are in the middle of something so I tell her "youre stores customer service is terrible I will be writing a review online" and she told me to F*** off which I found incredibly rude

Every time I come in they wont take what I have. But if I drive an extra 20 minutes to EZ Pawn they will. They dont take anything but flat screen tvs. They dont take computer games. They wont take books. Also whenever I go in if my hands are full no one runs to help or even offers to help. Super inconsiderate and they dont work with you at all. You have to have high end stuff or they wont take it. Ridiculous.

Very rude customer service. Also, be very careful how you word things because if your bf of 5 years is being a gentleman t and carrying the item In and then you pull out your I.D. then they will turn you away because its "his" guitar only at this point in their eyes. Worst experience at a pawn shop yet. BY FAR!

These guys are horrible. Horrible customer service and crappy merchandise. My husband and I bought wedding rings from them and they both broke a month after. With no reason. I cant believe we spent so much on something that was supposed to last a life time. And they wouldnt even bother to fix them.

Absolutely awful, offered me half of what Ezpawn did for a loan on a gold chain, but damaged it so much in the testing I just didnt go back for it. Theyre rude and disrespectful, prices are rediculous. wont go back. The only thing they have going for them is their return policy

This was my first time in this pawn shop and I seen thair worker this kind of a fat older lady sell drugs to costumer, when I was leaving the guy that bought drugs was standing outside smoking asked me if I was looking for any dope. All I can say is wow!!

I have never honestly had a problem with them. Sure some items cannot be taken, but KSL usually works in that favor. Im going to be selling a computer tomorrow and I know they will treat me with the utmost respect like they have in the past.

These people are crooks. They will either not be able to find your merch when you come to pick it up, or they will lie to you about how much you owe and how much time you have so that they can put it out early and steal your merch
