Some of the worst costumer service Ive ever dealt with, your employees are rude and unprofessional. I called in twice yesterday and was put on hold for 20 minutes both times, and both times someone picked up the phone and hung up, which is ironic because when I walked into the store later that day, I went up to the front, your employee started helping, and when we were almost done the phone rang, and without a single word to me your rude employee answered the phone, and walked away frome to assist another costumer. A simple do you mind or could you hold on a sec would have been better then getting cut off in the middle of talking, I then had to wait for another employee to come out to start the process again. Mind you, I was the only costumer in the store and I was just making a payment so a 20 minute wait to do so is pretty annoying. Next time Ill be taking my business somewhere else

Eric! Has Amazing Customer Service.Im A Death Person And Can Not Speak .So Eric Took His Time To Bring Out His Phone And Communicate with me.He was roughly with Me For Like A Hour And He Got Me What I Needed Got A Nice TV And Xbox One And Then I offered Him 100 dollars For Being Such A Great Help .He Didnt Take it. Hes A Awsome Guy Customer Service With Him 5 Stars!

I love EZ Pawn but I hate this location. Moved here from West Valley expecting to find similar service at this location. DEAD WRONG. Employees made snarky comments about my property that i was getting a loan on and generally made me feel like trash. When I got my stuff back on payday it took forever and I was 1 of 3 people in the whole place. Never going back.

Just bought a Xbox 360 around 6 hours ago. Later came home to find that the console was infested with roaches, thank god they were already dead. Yes I didnt get that protection plan. Dont get me wrong service was good, but product was awful. Word of advice for the store, check the items before you take them in. 9/19/16 around 6:20pm is when I bought it.

Everything is way over priced ? Its like all there stuff is brand new and they price it like it is? Get over your selfs and price at reasonable prices. For example you say the internet has it for 20 dollars so you give 10 dollars then when it comes out for you to sell it just became brand new and is worth 125 dollars.

Dont go here for anything. Rude employees and stupid insane finance fees. Plus they gave me 150$ for a 1 day loan on a 2,500$ drum kit hah. Whatever I guess theyll never have my business again. Cash America pawn is only a couple of blocks further and its wayyy wayyyyyy better all around

Went in desperate need of a small pawn loan with a item I had pawned 3 weeks prior. The girl behind the desk was literally whining to the manager to go home, then looked at me with disgust and with a snobby attitude offered me 1/4 of the loan price, and treated me like garbage.

first off the manager is down right rude and condesending, secondly they are vultures and will low ball you hardcore, then there is the fact that 90% of their products are either broke, missing parts or malfunctioning.... Never go here unless you want to be screwed

Maybe the worst customer service Ive experienced at a pawn shop..which is saying a lot since these places are not normally known for a good customer experience. AND I was a buyer. And its dirty and kinda felt like the place was going to get held up any second.

dont get me wrong, the the sales person told me one price while I said let me go check with my wife before I bought it I came back in 5 minutes later and he offered me $10 list because I stepped out the door. thats the service you get

Eric was very helpful while I was purchasing my Xbox one. He incentivized the sale and saved me a trip to Salt Lake. The insurance coverage provides additional protection on the product as opposed to buying from a private seller.
