I went to purchase a desktop computer and was told that I could return to pick the computer up after it was "wiped". I returned to purchase the computer a few days later and was given a computer that I didnt think was the one I originally sought to purchase. I paid for the computer as it had a sticker with my name on it so I figured maybe I was mistaken about it being the wrong computer. I work two full time jobs and time is very valuable to me. I set up the computer with no keyboard and notice that a password is needed. I call the store and after being on hold with the first employee a different employee gets on the phone with a password for me. I set up my computer in my home office a few days later. I am ready and excited to work and the password does not work. I call the store and am given two additional passwords to try. None of the three codes work. I am then told to drive to the store and bring the computer in and it will be a quick fix. My wife is cooking breakfast so I figure I will go and get the password and be back in time for breakfast. I get to the store and there are only two people in line. Larissa/employee takes the computer in the back and comes out to inform that the computer has not been "wiped". She says she is going to look for the computer that was originally put up for me. The one that was "wiped" for me. I wait....and wait....and wait....and then Larissa asks if I would like a laptop instead. No I have three. I need a desktop...hence the reason I have wasted a week and my morning dealing with incompetence. After close to an hour Joshua is sent out to tell me that they can just refund my money or I can wait to have the computer wiped which will take days Im told.. No offer of a discount on future purchases. No apology for time, gas and energy wasted. Just MY money back. Not once did Rob the manager ask if there was anything he could do or even inquire about the problem. Even the security guy inquired once I left. Not because I was unruly but because if you had any awareness at all you would have noticed there was an unhappy customer. I recommend any establishment over this one. No attention to detail. Zero. No attempt to compensate for time wasted or mistakes made by the establishment. MY ADVICE.....DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!

I bought an x-box and was told all the pieces were there, well I had no cables to hook up to the TV only digital cables for a computer or new TV so I returned it and the replacement did not work as the controller was a rechargeable and they did not give me the power cord. When I was able to finally get a complete working unit I asked if it was unreasonable to expect to get proper help and if three return trips was Cooperate quality and when a customer should just give up and do business with a competent store he said "thats up to you" I suggest if for the only reason you dont want to waste time with a staff that could care less about its customers GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO CONDUCT YOUR BUSINESS they suck and do not care. I should also add that their corporate store did not carte either, as a matter of fact they seemed to think it was a joke and laughed about it! The worst experience I had was when I was picking up my movies and there were about 40 missing, the manager told me they were not in the back and that they must have been stolen from beneath my notice as I packed to transport home. I said no way and we went around for 3 whole says when by some miracle they were found in the back. their manager made me feel as though I were an idiot and showed me great disrespect, RUN FROM THIS BUSINESS.

I sold my old x-box 360 and even signed some paper that said that everything would be wiped, well months later I start to notice weird things while accessing my YouTube and Netflix. Both were showing videos in my recently watched that I have never watched nor would even consider watching. I tried everything till I finally contacted Netflix was told that they were being watched on my old 360. If the console had been wiped they would not be able to access my Live account to log into my Netflix and YouTube.

I came into this location a few years ago to pick up my jewelry and was told I was too late. Even after being told to pick up my jewelry that same day! So i come in again a few months ago to pick up my stuff and was again told the wrong day & price! The employees are always giving wrong information and rush you off the phone when you call about YOUR ITEMS. This time i was able to get my stuff back and refunded the difference from the supervisor. I will NEVER come back to this location!

I personally like professional everyone is. I get the help right away! They are fair with prices at this location unlike other super pawns which they dont really care at all. Good management overall A+ I will keep doing business there. I have personally done business since 1998 lol

I tooked in my laptop to pawn it for some money. They looked up on eBay and told me my laptop was only $30 and the lady was even trying to go even low. I will not do business with them or even try to refer them to anybody. They want crackheads Street prices.

Bad! They have very very poor customer service! Never will I step foot in that place again! I brought in gold bullion/with assay(certified)... & they wouldnt take it, saying it wasnt legit wow... Took my bullion elsewhere & got paid!
