Mike Sucks

Terrible, this place should be shut down!!! My experience being there wasnt the best... However, the aftermath was completely horrific!!! I didnt notice at the time... I had gone in and sold some of my very old and valuable coins, really getting nothing out of them... The thing is though, I was looking at my receipt the next day. Thats when it all hit me. The Crook only had paid me for and documented a little over half of the coins he actually took from me!!! I am so shocked and hurt!!! If you do go there, be sure to watch!!! Make sure everything is accounted for... All in all, I suppose that it was my fault... I should have been paying attention but thought he was an honest man... I now know though.

My boyfriend has gone here a couple of times within the past month, and this is what he had said on Facebook: "I dont normally review businesses, and especially dont normally do business with pawn shops, but I just want to say I have had the best experience with 12th St Pawn and Loan! Not only do they want to work with your budget, getting you the best price for your items, but they also WANT you to get your stuff back! They will work with you on payments and as long as you stay in contact, thats usually good enough? They also encourage re pawning because they are there to help! "Hello friend!" is the first thing you will hear walking into this place. I cant tell you how many times Mike has helped us out. My boyfriend bought a beautiful emerald promise ring for me there. We have pawned our guns a few times there too. So long as you let them know whats going on and your situation, they will work with you and help you. They are actually there to HELP and not be shady, creepy dealers. Mike is the best and everyone else there is really nice too. I have an anxiety disorder that makes it hard to talk to strangers, but they are so nice there that I dont have a problem. BEST BUSINESS EVAAAR! ;)

This place is by far the best pawn shop Ive ever dealt with. Ive lived in California, Vegas and Ogden and I can tell you these guys will treat you good. Mike really cares about you as a customer and will always work with you on your payments if you have a month where you cant come up with the money. Unlike other pawn shops in the area, 12th street actually wants you to get you loaned items back, instead of jumping at the first opportunity to sell them out from under you the first day youre late. It feels like doing business with a friend, and you would be a fool to take your items anywhere else.

This is by far the best pawn shop to do business with. They are in business to make money, but they are the most honest and understanding people to do business with. They totally get what it takes to keep lifetime customers. I have fallen behind on payments to them in the past and they are totally cool about it. I also love going in and hearing them call me by name, or greeting me with "Hello friend". Just fantastic business and people all around. Ill never go anywhere else!

Bought a Youth 20 Ga shotgun for home defense from these guys. They were overwhelmingly friendly, totally honest and upfront, and werent afraid to suggest possibilities of how to get stuff for less than they sell it. I have never received such good personal attention and customer service anywhere. And I can attest that they have had the best prices on the stuff I was looking to purchase - I shopped around a LOT to be sure. I cant say enough good words about them.

Wow, cant believe this is the same place with all of these 5 star ratings!! I definitely did not get the "hello friend" that people speak about!! And the staff not sure who is who did not even want to look at what I brought in!!! I could have had gold coins!! If its not made in the USA they have no use for it!!! Ha ha what is made in the USA anymore, Really!!! If you go there I hope you have a better experience than I did!

I luv him so much he is the best!!!! He helps me so much and works with me. When i first went there and met him i just had got outta surgery battling cancer tryin to get money for another surgery and no one would help me at any pawn shops but when i went there he helped with no questions asked. He stills works with me today on that same bill lol! I NEVER DO REVIEWS, EVER but i had to share how great he really is!

Mike Mansfield runs an outstanding shop. He and his staff are knowledgeable and courteous. I compared prices around the Ogden area and for what I needed Mike easily had the best deal. Always fair and pays the most on items ive pawned. when someone asks me what pawn shop to go to I tell them hands down twelfth street pawn is by far the best pawn shop west of the Mississippi! A great place for tools, fire arms, hunting gear and traditional consumer electronics. The customer service here was top notch and the pricing is done fairly. The market research is done on the price tag and the staff take time to help you make the best purchase in your budget. I went in to look at tools and came out a life long customer.
