Horrible service never coming again. There store located in Kearns offered me a price for my saxophone first they offered certain amount I agreed during the process he said he typed it wrong and said he can offer me 100 bucks less then what we agreed I said no, I would try sell online or keep it. Later that week I decided I needed the money asap so Ill just take that lower price he offered I was close by to the redwood store took it in let them know what I was told in Kearns location. They offered me less then what was already brought down so I asked why is it different quotes if its the same store so I said Ill just take it to the store were they offered me the price. Came and then he said he was gonna lower it another 100 dollars cause the other store was not okay with the price he offered me. Waste of my time. They cant stick to there quotes. They went from offering me 300 down to 100. Also very bad customer service.

I absolutely love this pawn shop and all the people that work there. ( johnny, Danny, toe, and all others)I have to say that I would recommend this pawn shop over any other. The employees are very helpful and are always willing to help and do whatever they can to assist and make the experience pleasurable. I personally appreciate and like that I know I can go in and have a good experience with employees that have good attitudes and pricing that you wont get anywhere else. Thank you extreme pawn Im so thankful for you guys.

The two Latino men who work at this Kearns location are complete jerks. They are cold and not helpful. This is my 3rd time going in to this location and being treated unprofessionally, they told me to go to there other location cuz they where too busy this last time . I will never come back to extreme pawn ever again. I went to sportsmans pawn on redwood, and was treated like they wanted my business .

Rip off on everything i have sold to this place! The manager is very rude! I will never sell anything to this plane ever again, and i will not recommend to anyone! Ez pawn will giveyou more money and thestaff at everyone i have been to is very friendly! Efer is the most disrespectful manager in customer service i have ever met in my life!

Efer is a wonderful store manager. They are always friendly and nice. I love seeing their smiling faces every time I walk in. I get treated with nothing but the up most respect . I would recommend them to anyone

Treated me with disrespect, like they just wanted me out the door. I dont know if that was a tactic to make me go ahead and sell my stuff for thier ridiculously low price just to get out, but Im not going back.
