Horrible service never coming again. There store located in Kearns offered me a price for my saxophone first they offered certain amount I agreed during the process he said he typed it wrong and said he can offer me 100 bucks less then what we agreed I said no, I would try sell online or keep it. Later that week I decided I needed the money asap so Ill just take that lower price he offered I was close by to the redwood store took it in let them know what I was told in Kearns location. They offered me less then what was already brought down so I asked why is it different quotes if its the same store so I said Ill just take it to the store were they offered me the price. Came and then he said he was gonna lower it another 100 dollars cause the other store was not okay with the price he offered me. Waste of my time. They cant stick to there quotes. They went from offering me 300 down to 100. Also very bad customer service.

Customer service FAIL! I was in their store for over 10 minutes (6:10pm on 7/25/2017) at one counter waiting for somebody to acknowledge my presence and offer some assistance. Even though FOUR guys were standing around blabbering like gossip girls, not one offered any assistance. As soon as I was 3 steps from the front door, one of the lazy four guys sarcastically told me, "Thanks for coming in." The $900 in my pocket that was for a new side arm is still in my pocket and will be spent at a different store. Being blown off was not as angering as sarcastically being told, "Thanks for coming in." JACK ASSton. Thanks for giving me 900 reasons not to spend a single dollar in your store.

This had to be the worst customer service I have ever received. I wanted to look at some stuff that was under glass and tried to get someones attention for 10 minutes! Finally, i got someone to say theyd help me after they finished with another customer. So I patiently waited until he was done helping them. Then another 6 minutes later, he went into the back and wouldnt come back out. They, being the other workers, started helping other people that had been there a shorter amount of time that I had. So I finally left, loudly saying over my shoulder that apparently they didnt want my business. Do not go here this is the third time Ive gone and its crappy customer service every time.

Way over priced. They have lots of tubs full of miscellaneous sockets. I picked out 2 Craftsman 18 mm, 1 deep and 1 short, 1 no-name 7 mm hex, 1 1" wobble extension no-name, 1 China 3" 3/8 extension and 1 no-name 3/8 - 1/2 adapter. They stood firm on $8 even when I offered them $5 which I still thought was ridiculously high. Counter person said they needed at lest $2 on the no-name adapter and at least $1 on the China extension. My wife was looking at Jewelry and the prices were high and the quality was very low. Looked at one ring that with the naked eye you could see the diamonds were cloudy and they wanted $150. We will never shop here again.

I was looking for a mountain bike for My husband. The bikes they had were pretty expensive. I was looking at one that they wanted $89. The chain was off so I volunteered to put it back on. No offer from the sales boy to help and no offer to bring me a towel to clean my hands until I asked. The sales person tried to fill the front tire with air but the tire wad trashed and the front end looked bent. They offered to sell it to me at a lower price, but after looking at most of the bikes, they had chains that were trashed and missing seats. Needless to say I went to another pawn shop and got a fully functioning bike for $75.

I am not sure if all of the 5 star posts are friends or something, but my experience was really poor. I called about picking up a tool from the store on Redwood Rd. I was coming from Utah County and there was traffic congestion so I called 4 more times letting them know I was almost there and to verify directions. When I got there the owner said I would need to come back the next day because it would take too long to do the paperwork. They can keep the tool. Ill NEVER attempt to purchase from them again.

I Have been a customer here since I moved to West Jordan. Have purchased firearms, ammunition, camping gear, and tools. I have also sold firearms to them. I have found them to be very professional and fair in their negotiations and price. They know me on a first name basis and are very courteous and friendly. They have recently made renovations and have made it easier to find what you are looking for. I am a well pleased customer and will continue to do business with them.

Love the staff and deals here! Every year before Christmas, Ill always come here to browse for gifts because if they have whats on my list, its usually for pennies on the dollar! I also got my wedding ring here too. I could have spent $1000 at a jewelersand got a thousand dollar ring but if you take that same $1000 and buy one at Xtreme Pawn, you can get a $2000 - $3000 ring and I guaranty your fiancé will be much happier :D #makewiveshappy #shopxtreme!

Ive done quite a bit of business here and I would recommend this Xtreme to anyone. I would recommend it over the Xtreme in Lindon any day. John is what makes this place worth five stars. He is friendly, talks to his customers on a first name basis, and has helped me out with discounts multiple times. I always get fair deals here and they are actually nice to their customers! John should run the store in Lindon so they can come up to par with this one.

I thought I should write a review because Ive bought here a few times for firearms. The first was a sks that was stellar and a pretty good deal. The second was a shot gun that was in excellent shape and well worth market price but this shop did what most wouldnt, they earned themselves some loyalty for firearms and gave me a steal of a deal. I was in the market for a particular hand gun and by God if they had one I would have bought it here too.

This is by far the best pawn shop in the valley, I bought 8 Firearms and Jewelry from them and Ive got a incredible deal on all of them. They always have fair prices and great deals, John and Ash are great, they are always willing to work with you on a price when the can. Ive also sold many things to them and always felt like they gave me a fair offer. I highly recommend Xtreme Pawn and I will always go to them with my business when I can.

4 years ago was my first time coming here and meeting John and Ash and my first time buying my first firearm ever since then I have considered all the staff members there family John, ash, Courtney,Jared And everyone else due to there friendliness and going out their way to help you out with discounts and more They have a huge selection of firearms with good prices I highly recommend going here thanks to all of you
