I can not speak as someone who has pawned any items, but as a shopper this location is just great. I purchased an xbox 360 arcade video game system, I asked if he would knock the price down if I did not want the controller, they said a-ok, and gave me a substantial discount. I forgot to inquire about the "memory card" and called up later, and they said "no problem, come on down and get one, free of charge". Wow, you would be hard pressed to find this kind of service at the big chains. I am very pleased with my experience and would recommend cash america to my friends and family.

Bought a guitar hero bundle got home and found out that I needed dongles to make the guitars work when I called the store they said that they didnt know where they were. Tried to get some kind of computation for the missing pieces but they wouldnt work with me, they just told me to return it. Which would have been fine but knowing them they would have sold it to some one else and wouldnt have cared. Its not that they didnt work with me its that the bought something from someone with out doing there home work

Dont waste your time going to this aPawn Shop, This is the worst pawn shop I have ever been to. They do everything they can to make pawning or getting a loan nearly impossible or not worth your time or money. I have been in three separate times and all three times there has been an issue. Either they refuse to take an item that another pawn shop will loan $200 on or they wont loan very much on the item. Dont waste your time going to this pawn shop.

It is always a huge problem to get anything sized there. Takes forever. Lisa the store manager promissed to check in my order from 8/1115 and get back to me. Never happened. Its stressful and i feel like they dont care about their customers.

Just tried pawning my mid-2013 15" MacBook Pro. I was looking for at least $100 for the weekend. The lady at the counter only offered $50! Wtf!? Went to EZ Pawn and was offered $400. Dont go here.

Horrible service. Employees are not at pare. Multiple changes on prices after told higher price! Worst experience ever! Go elsewhere
