Took my laptop there today 08/15/2016 and the short guy kind of chubby with another kid (both male) gave me an instant quote of $150 without looking up the model and said that technology goes down in price with time...what he didnt realize is that he was holding a 2016 Quad core with 16gb of ram toshiba laptop that I got 3 months ago for $799 and the laptop is still on display at Best Buy . This is what happens when the associates are lazy/poorly trained. I didnt even tell him to look up the model online because its his job to do that and determine what the item is worth. I drove 3 minutes away from this place and went to Pawn 1st. Got offered up to $300 on it and only took $200 because its all I needed. Avoid Super pawn like the plague, especially this location unless you want to deal with really young employees that are poorly trained.

This pawn shop is extremely sketchy. My laptop was stolen and sold to this pawn shop. The laptop was password protected and they still bought it and are now refusing to give it back to me even tho I am the only one who knows the password. I would be very careful on what you buy from here for it may be stolen property. They told me to file a police report against the person who stole it and I will as well as one against them for accepting property that had a password on it. The lap top contained priceless photos and military documents that are irreplaceable. Super pawn. Super sketch.

If I could give half a star I would. This is the worst super pawn I have been to. The employees are lazy and they lie. I brought in a mini table saw just for extra cash I looked it up before I went in and its going for $60+ on Amazon and dude tells me he can maybe get me $15 that it only sells for $30. I just said do I look stupid to you and left. That was the fifth or so bad lazy experience Ive had there, Ill drive to the Phoenix location on Glendale before I come back here.

I have purchased several things from the Pawn Shop. They have always been fair and willing to make a deal. I purchased a computer a few years ago and I am still using it. Great price for the computer. I have gotten loans on a couple of things and they have been more than fair with me. I would highly recommend this Pawn Shop if you find yourself in a bind and need more money until payday.

Went in to pawn a few items since I had just moved to town and needed some extra cash. They were friendly, store was clean. And I got a fair price for all my items. Even higher for some things then I anticipated. Definatly a place I can recommend.

Kohls charges you 26.99% interest on their credit card. Up to 29% is common in retail credit. I bought a Wii for $30 out the door. People on Craigslist are trying to sell them for $75 to $200?!!!
