I cannot believe that Pawn Now would recommend an auto title loan company such as, Auto Title Loans USA. This company is horrible. The employees at Pawn Now stated that Auto Title Loans USA will work with their customers, however my loan was five (5) days late and the vehicle was taken by Auto Title Loans USA. Auto Title Loans USA also tried to charge $1000 for towing fee and $1000 for storage. DO NOT use Auto Title Loans USA. Worst customer service experience ever!!!! With all the fees added in for the towing and storage it was more than the original loan. There was no grace period in the contract. Hindsight is 20/20

This place is good for general merchandise. There isnt much jewelry and no firearms for sale, but you can get those at their location on mesa drive and southern ave. They have a decent selection of bikes, tvs, and movies and games, so check it out if youre in the market for stuff like that. Every time Ive been I have either gotten a good deal when buying or top dollar for a loan (done both at least twice), so go see Cameron or Austin if youre in need.
