I purchased a lawnmower from them yesterday for 129.00. I got it home and it wasnt working I tried and tried. So I took it back and asked to get another one the guy tried it out. There was another one sitting out there I wanted. There was no price on it and the guy said o we lost the paper work on that one. So I just wanted a refund that was it. But guess what some way some how they charged me another 129.00. And he voided both transactions but still they charged me twice. Now I have to sit and wait for my money to be put back into my account. It will probably take 5 days or something. Get people in there that know what they are doing. To make this even better the manager was the one who charged my card the second time.

So my husband and I went in there purchased two ring n two guns..within a few weeks a diamond fell out I took it back n had problem.. the only good employee is the store manager Ryan. They sent my ring out replaced diamond only for 3 days after getting it back the prawn broke n same diamond was gone. There jeweller sucks..I take it in even tho I had receipt I got store credit n switched rings lets pray all is well.. on the positive side I love my new .. still waiting for my rings ive called there phone for the past 3 days and it says wireless caller unavailable..ugh frustrated

Purchased a ring, the lady that helped pick it and sell it was very kind, however, after a week of the ring getting sized, called to find out where it was, the young girl that answered the phone was extremely rude and snotty, she told me Im going to have to wait yet another week because they are just to busy, her customer service skills are non existent other than horrible! This place sure wasnt to busy when I was spending my money but after it was spent they become to busy to give a crap about you! Will never go here again!!!

Everyone there is very rude.. Their return policies are rediculous..I had a keyboard in pawn and they owed me $70 in store credit which was the exact ammount i owed to get my keyboard back. I asked if i could use my credit to get the keyboard out and was told very rudely no. I then tried to pay with my debit card and was denied again. And was told cash only by a very rude girl who wasnt even helping me. Unfortunately now i still have instore credit but do not want to support this business or its employees..

I was looking for a violin for my sister. I called and they were able to give me detailed info over the phone. After calling several other pawn shops, I went in and decided to purchase one that they had. When she rang up the total she said "your total, including tax and your 10% discounts is $xx.xx." When I asked what the discount was for she told me, "Just because we do that sometime." Great service.

Horrible place to go to the new manager couldnt even get off his ass and come out of the office to help his employees who couldnt work the system because they didnt know how to do it but he wouldnt come out and help cuz he was too lazy to get off his ass just sat in the office and says well we cant do it we dont know how used to have good management and good people there but now they all suck

Im pleased with the service I was provided and the amazing prices, Walked right in looking for a laptop, got the questions answered too my precise questions, and purchased the laptop, and was out the door within 15 minutes. This pawn shop, was above the normal, slow, atmosphere, and excelled with excellent customer service. For sure coming back and sending friends that way

They used to be a lot better before that staff change. I am not sure what happened but many months back much of their staff left and the new people are not as friendly will not work with you as much and dont give you the same deal. Prices have gone up and customer service and appreciation way down. I would suggest you try another place

I put up my amp for pawn and made payments to them for months. I finally picked it up from the shop and they gave me a different amp. They had sold my amp two months after Id been paying on it. Do not give them business they are terrible.

These guys dont know how to price things. Sometimes this is to your advantage though. Some things are stupidly high priced but every now and then you find something they price insanely low cause they have no idea what it is.
