I purchased an engagement ring from this location, because it fit exactly what my, now, wife and I were looking for. The customer service was good and I felt like I got a good deal on the ring due to sales that were occurring at the time. They even have a 12 month no interest policy which was helpful. I thought everything was great. However, once I logged into what I reluctantly call a website, I realized why everything sounded so good. The entire credit process is a massive scam. Im a web developer and the website appears to be assembled by two 10 year old kids just learning html. More important than appearance, the operations within the website are either misleading or just dont work. I simply wanted to setup a monthly payment plan that paid it off in the 12 month no interest time-frame. After 3 times trying, each with at least 20 minutes spent trying to figure out the website, I finally realized that you simply cant set up payments for a larger amount than the minimum payment. So if you want to actually utilize the no interest policy you have to make every payment by signing into useless web-thing and wandering around for half an hour until you can figure it out. They also openly admit to sharing all of your information in the privacy policy. The entire process is clearly meant to confuse customers and prevent them from correctly making payments. Very shady and in my opinion completely unethical. I will not be returning to this company or recommending it to anyone.

I got an engagement ring from this store, totally fell in love with it. It was one of the higher end rings, so, far from affordable. I specifically told them I have an allergy to nickel and needed a platinum band as to keep my finger from swelling around the ring. Together we found the perfect ring; or so I thought. After the proposal a month later, I put on the ring on, and my finger started swelling immediately, I was barely able to get it off before having to have it cut off. We went back to the store to make an inquirey, my sales representative from our previous encounter was no longer with them, and the the new representative assured me that they do not even carry platinum products in the store, they must be ordered. And I was not entitled to a trade in, or discount of any kind. So we tried to sell the ring to make up for a new one. Upon taking it to a different jeweler, I was informed that even though it was stamped 14k on the band, it tested at less than 9k and the told me the ring new was worth thousands less than what we paid for it initially; even with all the sales they "helped" us obtain. Im so disappointed with this stores moral values, as well their return policies. I will never return, and I will encourage others to do the same

This Fred Meyers is awesome!! Jorge was extremely helpful to help me and my fiance find the perfect ring and he was EXTREMELY helpful when I broke a precious family heirloom, that happened to be my engagement ring. He was very generous and didnt push us to buy anything like most of the places we went to, he wanted to make sure we were happy with what we had before we left or anything, he was amazing at answering all of our questions with very honest answers! I will be more than happy to come back to Fred Meyer for more business! Thanks again so much Jorge!

I have bought 2 rings from them and they resized one of them for me. They mailed it back on their dime and they did an awesome job. They replaced a diamond that I didnt even realize was gone. They did so good that I sent a ring that I bought elsewhere to be sized which they did and did a great job for cheap. I highly recommend this place if youre thinking about buying a ring or any other piece of jewelry.
