I bought a watch from them and had it sized. they sized it to big . I brought it back to have it resized and they damaged it. the watch was in perfect condition before they had it when they took out a link. The store manager treated me like a kid she took the watch a put it under a microscope for about 10 minutes she had to clean her eyes glass twice and then clean the watch a couple of times and then told me that the watch look worn and there was nothing she could do. I called corporate to get resolution hoping the would take responseabilty for what they did and the district manger just provide more excuses and said that the talk to the manger about how she acted and they still will not fix my watch. the watch was only $300 dollars but it is the way the handle the situation

Ive bought a majority of my jewelry at Helzberg, I think they have a very unique selection. At this store I was looking for a charm that was on clearance and being discontinued. They did not have the color I was looking for so they called other stores tell they found the charm I wanted, then had that store set it aside for me to pick up the next day. They are always very helpful!!

If you are looking for great customer service and affordable jewelry this is the place to go. My bf and I were looking for promise rings and they helped us look through several rings before we found one. I would not go anywhere else. Great people. Great service. Beautiful jewerly. :)
