Jensens messed up on every detail that could be messed up on. Brides ring: They messed up the engraving font They lost the words for the engraving The ring was back ordered until 10 days before our wedding and they didnt call do say They ordered the wrong type of ring Grooms ring: Instead of black antiqueing they decided themselves to use grey - which looked terrible They sized the ring wrong
