Langert Netzband jewelers is a family owned and operated full service jeweler. They have only the highest quality jewelry, each piece is individually selected and very reasonably priced. They are the only Jewelers with whom I do business. Peter, Andrea and the staff are very knowledgeable about their products. They have an on site repair facility, which performs flawless repairs. They take the necessary amount of time to answer all questions, and are excellent in guiding you to the jewelry within your price range.

Customer service sucks, they cant explain the procedure of repairing certain jewelry. two, they kept on saying oh were busy so just bring it in. I just wanted a simple answer from them and if this is the way that i can get my answer. Then, it will take me forever to fix my jewelry. I hope that they know how to value their customers because without the customers they are going to go bankrupt!
