My girlfriend went in and told the salesperson we had a set budget, wanted to pay in cash, and DID NOT want to use their financing. The person said okay and they went through the whole process. She found a ring and diamond that was over budget and the salesperson said she could make it work with our budget. I go in the next day and the same salesperson says its $1,100 over our budget, and that theres nothing she could do to change the price. Not only that, they pretty much inferred my fiance was either lying or was an idiot. This person basically ignored our budget and assumed shed pressure me into paying the increase through cash or financing. Worst experience ever.

I cant say enough great things about Jareds staff here. The closest store to our home is 4 hours away so when we are near one we stop for our 6 month inspection and cleaning. They found an issue that required a repair. They said it might take a day to get it done. We explained our situation and that we were leaving in the morning. They got it fixed the same day and sent us on our way. Perfect service. Thank you!

David is the best, and most knowledgeable gemologist Ive ever met. Good bye Tiffanys hello Jared. They can order you any price stone, and if they dont have it, David will design and make it for you. Go in and see him, a hundred dollar deal or a hundred thousand dollar deal, hes the man you want to see. Tiff is great too.

I had two rings resized here and just picked then up. I noticed a black spot in my diamond that wasnt there before which was explained to me that it was an inclusion, but my ring was also dirty an not even cleaned, made me question the quality and honesty of this place, Ill never take my business there again.

Save your money. 100% retail+!!! Shop around before you purchase. My suggestion is do not finance through them. Youll have problems from the start ! Sales people are nice but main office couldn t give a sh** about your problems once the purchase is complete, Ill never shop there again!!!
