Do NOT use this place. My elderly parents went in for a repair on a necklace. They pulled a bait and switch ripped off my parents. The necklace was a 40-year-old platinum chain. Charm box returned it with a cheap chain and unfortunately did not recognize the difference till she got home. The whole family can see its not the same chain and when I called Steve to tell him about it he pretty much lied about the chain I feel terrible this happen to my parents I would never use their business again
