Came in and spoke to the attendant about resizing a watch my mother gifted me. He was very sweet and made me feel at home. All my questions were answered thoroughly! The price they charged was less than my usual expense which was nice. They will be seeing me regularly since by obsession with watches with never end! Im recommending them to anyone and everyone in the area!

Called to speak to the manager. He was very aggressive and yelling at me over the phone. I was simply asking him some questions about some links that they removed from a couple of watches. They charged $10.00 per watch. I understand repair price but I think they should notify people before doing the repair. I will never go back!
