I just called to see if he could take a look at a ring that my husband purchased for me. He told me to take it to where my husband bought it. I said that my husband got it online and thats why I wanted him to look at it and make sure it was ok. He then went on a rant about how no one is faithful to jewelers anymore and I need to start shopping from just one jeweler. He basically blamed me that he had no business when I was trying to give him some. I wanted to make a necklace that matched the ring and he might have gotten that business if he was curtious. I went somewhere else and was so happy that I designed my necklace there. I deal with a lot of jewelers (especially one that I am a little more loyal to) but Ive never been talked to in such a way. I like to try new smaller jewelry shops but this is one that I will never go to.

I went in today to fix my ring that had because a diamond fell out. Then I asked if he could just take the backs off of a few watches because I wanted to see what size of batteries they took. The owner started to yell at me saying that I want him to work for free because I wouldnt be paying for him to take the backs off. I was surprised about this experience because my son had a great experience with him in the past. He kept citting me off while I spoke and was raising his voice at me. I do not recommend this place. Go elsewhere if you want to be treated like a person. As I left he called me an a**hole. Worst place I have ever been too.

For years, I passed Ideal Jewelers and always wanted to go inside. Today, I finally did and I loved it. I was looking for rings for my guy and I. The service was terrific along with the prices. They also said that they could give me a good deal for the rings I was looking at. Not only that, but they also offer layaway, which is awesome for those who cant afford the full price straight up. I cannot wait to go back in there to purchase our rings. I highly recommend this mom n pop shop!

Isaac has been amazing!! He custom made my engagement ring and has now custom made my wedding band to go with it. I get complimented on it all of the time!! He is so honest and trustworthy, extremely knowledgeable and helpful! We will continue to go to him for any jewelry we will need in the future. Absolutely wonderful experience time and time again!!

Shopped around for my fiances engagement ring and this was my last stop... All the other stores were wanting upwards of 7k for what I wanted. Well, he created the ring exactly how I wanted, allowed me to pick out each individual diamond, and in the end, no one could compete with the price!

Lovely Pear Shaped Diamond. It has been 20 years since my husband bought my beautiful diamond at Issacs jewelry. It is so beautiful. Issac is the best jewelry store in the country for the quality of the pieces. Would recommend to everyone.
