If youre interested in selling some of your old gold jewelry, Andrew Z Jewelry is the last place Id recommend. I had about 8.5 ounces of 10 and 12 karak gold and was offered a ridiculously low price for it. I researched beforehand and determined a ballpark price I expected to receive. I was quite surprised with their low offer. I went down the street to Braidy Jewelers and was written a check for near twice the amount that Andrew Diamonds offered. It was a $171 difference. I understand needing to make a profit but to offer half of what another jeweler is offering seems criminal. They werent even close in price. I recommend doing business elsewhere. If you cant trust a jeweler to give you a fair price on your gold, how can you trust them to give you a fair price on anything they sell?

Andrew Z, his family and associates are the pride of Anthem Arizona. Not only do they offer the best jewelry selection in the Valley, they also offer the best customer service you will ever find. I have bought several Christmas, birthday and anniversary presents from them and the experience keeps getting better and better every time. They treat you like you are a member of their family and only have your best interests in mind. Be sure to seek out Scott Z who helped me customize a beautiful diamond necklace for my wife. My fiance and I went to Andrew Z Diamonds because of previous reviews, and we were not disappointed. Scott was very friendly right from the start. I had a chip in my engagement ring and after looking it over recognized that it was vintage and there had been quite a bit of previous work. He described in detail what he could do to help make it stronger. My fiance has a palladium ring that needed sized (which they are usually ordered already sized). Scott researched and found a way to size the ring and it fit perfectly. We will most definitely be going back to Andrew Z Diamonds for our ring/jewelry needs.
