I had a piece of costume jewelry that was of no real value, but was *extremely* sentimental to me since it had belonged to my grandmother. It was WAY too big and I had taken it to Cassar to get it resized. They told me it could be done, no problem and after 2 weeks, multiple calls and emails, they hadnt even bothered to try so I demanded the ring back and went over to Morgan Jewelers. Morgan was wonderfully kind and they explained the risks to me of resizing costume jewelry and made me feel like I was making an informed decision. The ring was done within 2 days and when I went to pick it up, they charged me less than Cassar had quoted and they offered to clean and polish all the rings I was wearing. They were so kind and so professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. I have another antique ring I need repaired that is not costume jewelry and they will absolutely be the ones doing it.

My husband broke his ring several months ago and thinking there was nothing they could do we just put it in a drawer and figured we would get a new one later on. Well cleaning out our drawer I came across it and knowing we were headed to the mall I put it in my pocket to just see what we could do. We walked in there showed and them the broken ring. I cant remember the gentlemans name that helped us but he started explaining some options of buying a new one and getting a warranty when the manager walked over and told him to just swap us out for the same one as long as we purchased the warranty on this one!! $40 for a brand new ring! We will take it!!! Honestly I was so shocked! This is definitely a place we will recommend to all our friends and family! Thank you so much Morgan Jewelers!

We had the best experience at Morgan Jewelers. Ty helped us an he was so kind, he listened an wasnt pushy. Im picky an we looked at a lot of rings. He was very patient, I decided to look at another place close by to see all my options. We came back to Morgan Jewelers because the man at the other place was pushy, an he seemed annoyed with my pickiness. Im so glad we went back to Morgans. They have my business for life. These guys are awesome. The manager there is super helpful and really nice. He polished my ring for free, and offered to have some wedding bands removed for a lot cheaper than the other places I went. The store is always willing to work with you and help you in anyway they can. I highly recommend them.
