The experience at this location has been the worst zales i have gone in to and i have gone in to a few because i am chasing them around slc. The gentalman in this location lied to me to make a sale then the woman brook when i called basically told me im SOL. Thank god when i called the zales customer service line they were able to resolve the prob the people in the store had created. Then i called to see if they know where my ring is and brook answered again go figure she said she cant do anything after questing why i was asking where my stuff was in the first place. BECAUSE I PAID FOR IT? she is so rude and has no sort of idea what customer service is as soon as my rings come in i am taking ALL 3 of them to another julwer because of her. DO NOT SHOP HERE

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!! I am so frustrated, they are the most dishonest company! They have "misplaced" my paperwork for my wedding ring (a piece of jewelry that has a ton of sentimental value for mst people) and now they wont warranty ANYTHING!!! Their 1st lie was they updated their system and list everything. Now they are saying that they arent required to keep paperwork longer than 5-7 years. It has only been 3 years and I have been calling for two years. I finally got them to say they would sell me a warranty for the metal work, I drive it to orem and now they wont even do that!! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Spend the extra money for piece of mind that you will be taken care of in the future!!!

Sucks that I cant do a 1 star. They didnt listen to us when we said simple. I went next door and bought all my stuff from Morgan Jewelers. I expected to spend 100$ and now Im a customer for life and spent almost 800$. No regrets. Bought a stainless steel ring from them, paid only the minimum and Im going to cancel it at this point its been 2 weeks to get my ring as they told me it would take. When I called they said maybe 2 more weeks. NOT Even Where It Was At The Moment Snd Kept Pushing Okay Thanks Bye Okay Thanks bye. Never going there again.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! I bought 2 rings from here and from the moment I did that I have only had troubles and stress. I have been lied to multiple times, stolen from and put off. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE, if you are still insistent on using a Zales, drive to somewhere else. These people will screw you over and feed you to the sharks.
