I come here often. My work is just down the street. I always get the same; decaf coffee and an oatmeal. This morning was a not so good morning for me. Sick with strep throat and not in a great mood. I ordered my usual; decaf with cream and sugar and an oatmeal. I got to my office and noticed the coffee did not have cream and sugar. I called the store. The lady who I spoke to said shed come right to my office with a new coffee with cream and sugar! Wow, talk about redeeming and service. We are all human and are not perfect, however, her excellent service redeemed my morning! I am sure she set a great example for her team at Beans and Brews. I sure appreciated her :)

This Beans and Brews is right by me, so of course its my choice location, unfortunately they can never get my drink right, I received a $50 gift card for christmas and used about $30 over the past 2-3 weeks at this location, without fail it was wrong. Its not hard to make an iced coffee with cream and sugar, yet I would get it black, or hot or and iced chai. I started correcting them and asking for the right one, and grew tired of the attitude. Ill go to another location.

I am very disappointed in the service at this location. They have messed up our order every single time we have gone. I feel as if the entire staff including the manager are under trained. I have never had an issue at any other location besides this one. I expect this from Starbucks but not Beans and Brews. Very disappointed.

Closes at 8pm during the winter and 9pm in the summer. Theres on in West Valley thats always open until 9pm. I prefer the other location when bringing work after normal office hours to avoid the time crunch. Otherwise, a good, friendly coffee shop.

Great service and understanding. If you dont have their app theyll tell you how to get points for you visit! I highly recommend the Mr. Bs - hot. Frozen is great for the summer around here.

Dont expect for the kids at this location to get your order right - they have messed mine up the last 4 times I have gone. Looks like Ill have to visit a different location from now on.

Great drink selections for everyone. Im not a big coffee drinker, but they have a great menu and their coco bean fraps are amazing! A little pricey, but better than Starbucks.

Love the coffee just hope they stop drawing pumpkins on the lid. All I can smell is the permanent marker every time I take drink. Maybe draw it on the side of the cup?
