Horrible. Thats the only way I can describe this location. Dont get me wrong, the staff are nice, and the building is updated, food and coffee is good to. The problem are the transients here. I used to come every day after work, but the place is always filled with homeless people looking to get out of the heat, or trying to bum things off people. Some of them are out right scary and creepy. The last time my GF and me visited, which was this Friday, one man in particular continued to harass her. We tried to move out to the patio area, but that was even worse! There was a whole other group with several (mean) dogs, that were smoking and playing really obnoxious music at a level where we couldnt even talk to each other. In the end we were forced to leave. Its nice that Starbucks cares about the homeless enough to give them a place, but I will not visit so long as it isnt safe. This was my last visit to this location till they resolve the issue.

Way better than most Starbucks. Friendly service. Recent turnover in barristas was disappointing, but current staff has a good stride and they know their regulars. This location is a persistent magnet for some Mill Avenues chronic homeless folks. The regulars are fairly benign, dont be put off by them. Even though Im closer to Royal, I walk down the block for Starbucks because Royal doesnt know how to make *hot* lattes, and Starbucks gets it right every time.

Excellent, friendly staff and product. Newly remodeled. Additional seating just added was Much needed. Employees who stand out with superior customer service and efficiency are Brandon and Miguel and Marissa. Marissa really adds a welcoming, personal touch. She deserves an award. New mánager is taking the Store in the right direction and has made many improvements;) Thankfully Marcus is gone. He was rude and unfriendly. Tim

This location is on Mill where Hobos panhandle for change and Street Preachers shout out eternal damnation so you have to give it some grace. However, the staff is not nearly as friendly as other Starbucks locations and the bathroom is unkempt. During the day, it might be better but I dont like coming here in the evenings.

Staff working here a little rude, seating is uncomfortable an cramped. Coffee usually weak an if they add whipped cream your only getting 1/2 a coffee. Bathrooms really dirty all the time... an regular flock of Mill Ave homeless sitting outside leaving trash, causing drama... 2 words: "Homeless Daycare."

Great chatting with Officers at Starbucks today @TempePolice . This was my 1st time attending a Coffee with a Cop event.Just stopped by briefly to express my appreciation for their service in protecting our Community.Employees at Starbucks were very accomdating of this event.

Toxic air. Needs inspected for toxic mold. Employees were nice and drinks were good. I feel bad for the employees in this location - I bet they have migraines or headaches and respiratory issues that may disappear on their off days and reappear when they come back into work.

Coffee is middling between other Starbucks. Baristas routinely get orders wrong and get visibly upset when you ask them to fix it. Also there is seriously something wrong with their mocha recipe it always tastes terrible. Theres better coffee places in the area.

Went inside and spent $18.00 on 3 coffees, sat down to try and relax with my wife and 2 children but they instructed us to leave because my son had a small cup of vanilla ice cream. They said it was a liability issue and he wasnt allowed to eat it inside..

Slow drive thru at 06:20..No cars ahead of us. White chocolate mocha was way too sweet. Cant compare to other Starbucks, this was my first and last visit; compared to other coffee shops in the area coffee and chai tea ordered were less than satisfactory.

The employees have very poor skills in customer service the lounge area needed some attending to also when customer has a concerning question the employees have very poor communication skills practice on their tones training is needed

Cant get in without being bothered by the homeless and drug addicts. I went with my girlfriend and a group of guys camping out on the sidewalk cat called her and said inappropriate things. Ill take my money elsewhere and avoid Mill.

Long lines and only 2 people serving. They were friendly and fast at pouring my black Toddy, but I dont like waiting 20 mins for 5 customers in front of me. Its even worse at the one in the ASU MU, which is why this one gets a 3.

Great People! I thought I lost my Debit Card. They answered my phone call at the store and looked for it. I found it in my pocket later but they were very helpful. And my coffee was extra hot. Just like I like it.

This is a hide out for the homeless. Its dirty unwelcoming and out of date. I had to watch the barista pick her nails over my cup. We go to this franchise because its safe and familiar, this location is neither.

Evertime I come in here the guy making my coffee gets it wrong and when I point it out he gets all defensive like he wants to argue. Just make it. Your job is not to voice your opinion on my taste!!!!!
