I went to take back some sheet metal and while I was driving over it began to rain. I only live 15 minutes away so I didnt think that I needed to cover it. When they went to unload me there was rust on the top piece because of the rain. The guy unloading wiped it off with his glove and said that it wouldnt be a problem. Someone else came by and saw it and said that they could not take it back. After talking to the salesman, who said that there was nothing that he could do because they only sell premium stuff, He said that they could not return the other piece. As we were leaving, the unloading guys were carrying the rusted piece out across the parking lot to the self service metal that they have so that someone else would buy it. I will never go back

Its a hit or miss. The owner is a whack-a-do. He loves to sit up in his office and watch the employees and customers on his video cameras. Recently, it looked like they go rid of some of the more He-Man types and last time I was in people were relatively kind. If you get the right person, they are great, but be careful where you step. I have seen the creative pricing at work here. I went in for some steel and needed it sheared. I had one price one week, another price the next week, then a different price a month later. I try to call elsewhere first.

Marks attitude was very condescending and he was not helpful at all. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted when I came in, but I was also looking for some advice. He just sent me out to the remnants pile and was very underwhelmed when he saw me walking back up to his desk. Any company can sell you something, but a good company will make you confident and happy with your purchase, which Mark failed at in every way. Apparently customer service is not very important to them.

These people do not support the military in any way. I have a friend from the national guard that use to work there and the harrassment he went through everytime he was put on orders is ridiculous. He made comment how another national guard member applied and they refused to hire him for the very reason of him being in the military. Support your troops by NOT supporting this business. Brad Filmore and Dane Hansen are douche bags.

Went in and was surprised at how much stuff they had. Was attended to quickly - the guy helping me helped me save some money by pointing out Id grabbed a longer piece than I said that Id needed. They had popcorn and tv while I waited a quick 5 minutes for my order to be fulfilled, and the guy that gave me my stuff was cool. Whats up with these people below - I guess some people are hard to deal with.

I called from Sandy for prices. While I was driving there with truck and trailer the prices doubled. When I asked why a man came running out of the back -- said he was the OWNER. Within 30 seconds he was yelling and screaming at me. He physically pushed me toward the door shouting get of the my building. I WONDER IF LAVELL KNOWS HOW MANY OF US ARE TREATED WHEN HE ENDORSES THIS COMPANY.

The best place to buy metal in Utah. The have a small remnant yard where you can pick through a selection of metal. They have a cool metal parts shop inside (think metal gate pieces, cutoff wheels, etc) they can handle very large orders and will assist in loading. They dont have many specialty metals, or alloys, but mild carbon steel, theyve got.

I have called and talked to Sales associated several times and it is one wholesale waste of my time! 15 or 20 minutes here every time. Their products are ok, but I resent the huge waste of time waiting to have a simple question answered! They have the reviews blocked also!

Its a metal place. they have a "Usable and Remnants" section which is nice for random bits. Dont go here thinking its going to be a quick visit. Took 30 minutes for me to get my ticket, pay for it and then go back to sign the paper again to then take the piece.

Ive been buying here for a while now. I have been very happy with their service level. I have called around several times to compare prices, and their prices have consistently been the lowest. Also they deliver for free with a big enough order.

They were very helpful and found solutions for a cheaper priced product that would be just as sufficient for for our project. Saved us over $1000 by selling us metal from their yard instead of ordering it in. Thank you!!!! You guys are Great!!

I found that this company has HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. They are very rude and unhelpful!!!! They apparently dont believe in the word goodbye. Just FLAT OUT RUDE!!!!! I would highly suggest NOT to shop here.
