Terrible customer service. I will never shop at any Home Depot ever again. The incident happened at this location though. They did not secure the lid on my paint can, resulting in it spilling all over my passenger seat and carpet underneath in my car. Needless to say , everything the paint touched is ruined. The car dealership quoted repairs costing over $3,000. Because the bucket seat needs to be replace along with upholstery on the floor. Home Depot who is a million dollar company has quoted on giving us $200. Thank you so much, that goes towards a cleaning that did absolutely nothing. Unfortunately I have to get my car back to how it was if I ever want to sell it in the future. Terrible excuse for customer service. They have lost a customer for life. I have nothing good to say about this company after this experience.

Customer Service is a "Pain" at this location and I did not get my second estimate on carpet .Bad customer service! Look for ur flooring needs else where. I went in to select carpet after paying $50 to be measured. I wanted to know the cost of carpet A on the top floor and carpet B on the bottom floor and the cost of just carpet A for both floors, so 2 quotes. While the employee was on the phone with the measure people the employee said "sorry to be pain,but they want a quote for 2 different carpets" If requesting 2 quotes is a Pain u dont deserve my business nor the $10k I was prepared to spend in flooring. They never sent me the quote for carpeting with just carpet A. After being in the store for an hour.

I love Home Depot but this location doesnt seem as inviting. I dont like when Im walking around a giant warehouse to be told its on such n such aisle and basically find it by yourself after that. 20 minutes later, I did find what I needed. I went out to the garden center to just look at plants. I dont get a lot of natural sun light at my place so I asked the guy if there were any plants that could live despite not having so much sun. He said "sure, just go to Michaels" I asked what for? He said "fake plants that are made out of silk" I just said thanks for your help and left. Ill definitely go back to Home Depot but that trip left me a little jaded.

Do not buy your appliance from home - I have several rentals and buy several appliances. I have a closet for a washer and dryer in a townhome, and home depot lacks the skills to install the dry vent, and they do not come fully equipped with different parts to use like power cords, etc. They come with just one that they feel will work. If it does not work you are waiting three days for them to come out again. The management is rude, and one sided too. Every request I have is too difficult for them. I let corporate know what was happening, and they never called me back. I will start buying at sears only. Never ever again will I buy at home depot.

I would give this store zero stars if I could. My fiance and I had saved and looked at appliances for months. When we went in to purchase no one was there to help. My fiance asked for someone to help and the manager came over and was so rude and was just like what do you need. Uninterested, didnt care that we were spending $5000. We have been renovating for the past 4 months and have spent a ton of money....very disappointed!! When the appliances arrived 2 of them were damaged....way to go! Next time I will try lowes, maybe they would like a loyal spending customer.....

I re-modeled my kitchen through Home Depot. The contractor who worked on the project broke the water pipe under the sink. So I was out of water for 2 days. I complained to the manager of the store. He promised to compensate me for $100 for the damage which I agreed, but I never received the money after repeated inquiries with the manager. Later on he was transferred to another location and and I was told to contact him. But no success. Finally I gave up.

We are new residents to the valley. We went to Home Depot to purchase a ceiling light. When we brought it home, parts were missing. We returned to Home Depot, purchased a different ceiling fixture. Again upon opening the box, parts were missing. Two trips, no light in our kitchen, 20 miles each way. All the sorries in the world do not give me light in my kitchen. I will not try again, not worth the hassle!

Such a terrible place to shop. Whenever I do need help, no one is around...no one. Whenever I dont need help, Im asked five times if I need help. Now, if I do get help and am told to go online to find my item, I reserve the right to punch you in the face. Also, I know what "they" are doing for the "homeowners". Dont ask again and stop using indefinite pronouns in the third person.

I have been her twice to return some plants I perchased for my garden,needless to say I got too many and came back to return them,well as it goes i lost or misplaced the reciept,and let me say they were very polite very professional and understood my delima,so without headache they gladly did my return without hastle.thank you very much home depot.

Seemed well stocked and well organized. I came for a drill and bits. They had a good selection of both. The prices were what you would expect at every suburban Home Depot, which was surprising considering the location. The only thing I didnt see was lumber. Maybe there though.

It would be nice if their employees knew a bit more about the products they sell. I mean if I am not sure about a product it would be nice to hear some input on pros or cons of different products... i.e. flooring
