I went to this location during my lunch break at work. I was looking for a specific size of masonry drill bit. I walked in and asked the worker standing by the door if he could tell me where to find the masonry drillbits. He just pointed and said, "Theyre in the tools." A specific aisle would have been nice so I wasnt wandering up and down looking for drillbits. Then I couldnt find the size I needed (after looking for a LONG time). I couldnt find any employees on the floor so a nice cashier called someone to come help me. I said that I was looking for a specific drillbit. He glanced at the drillbits and just said, "We dont have that size." I asked if he knew where I might be able to get one in that size and he just said, "Not here," and chuckled. I returned to work and looked online at this location and they in fact DO have the drillbit I was looking for and it is in stock; screenshot attached here (I would have looked this up while in the store but I couldnt get any internet service on my phone inside their building). If they had searched their store inventory then they would have made a sale from me that day; instead it was a waste of time for both parties involved. Ill be going to Lowes.

Ive always wanted to know where the Home Depot is, that they use in their commercials.... You know, that impeccably clean Home Depot where all the friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable sales people bend over backwards to help you with anything, the minute you walk in the door.....? After years of searching, and shopping at literally dozens of Home Depot stores between California and Utah, I finally found THAT store... Its Store # 4411 at 984 Wall Ave. in Ogden, Utah. Honestly? The manager there should be giving classes to all of the other Home Depot managers, on how to keep their stores, stock their shelves, and treat their customers. A+++

THE MANAGER AT THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE! HE HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER SEEN! HE WAS ON THE PHONE WITH ME SUPPOSEDLY TRYING TO FIX MY ORDER THAT THEY MESSED UP , THIS WAS AFTER I HAD TO CALL THE STORE 2 HOURS AFTER I WAS TOLD HE WOULD GIVE ME A CALL BACK! HE DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR ME! ONCE AGAIN TOLD ME HED CALL ME BACK AND ITS 3 HOURS LATER I HAVENT HEARD ANYTHING. I PAID FOR 72 HOUR CARPET AND ITS BEEN ALMOST AN ENTIRE WEEK NOW. THE MANAGEMENT AT THIS LOCATION IS TRASH.

Rented a floor sander to sand my wood deck. Little did I know that the two clerks I was talking to were new and had no idea what they were talking about. All it did was mangle the sandpaper. What they rented me was a floor polisher so after 2 hours i brought it back and I am out $50.00 and no they did not give me a refund. Here is some good advice if you want to rent tools go to a place where that is all they do. Horrible experience with Home Depot. A horrible experience.

This seems to be a smaller Home Depot for some reason. The selection just seems to be off or something. I cant really pinpoint what it is about this place but one thing that I know for sure is they are staffed up. I never turn a corner where I dont see an employee. They are literally everywhere always willing to help you with whatever you need. It really is amazing. Definitely recommend this Home Depot solely based on their amazing customer service.

Bought an LG refrigerator from HD with an extended warranty. 2 years later refrigerator burned up from the inside due to faulty wiring and lights inside. Reported problem to Home Depot and they said it is an LG issue. Will continue to sell dangerous products even knowing that they have safety issues.

We walked into the entrance and a worker was pulling out a pallet at full speed and about ran us over. My daughter came within 2 inches of getting plowed into. There was no worker there to clear the area or to keep it safe. Home Depot needs to remember safety first.

We had a NRC111 waterless water heater installed on 5-14-12. It was done with the Superior Water and Air, Inc. installers, They did a great job in all aspects of the installation. Home Depot made the arrangements for us.
