I was short on some viynl for a project I was working on. I found it here at this store however the price was double of other places. I asked a staff member and his response was not very professional Quote~ "We get that all the time". I ended up leaving and attempting to call as a Manager wasnt available at the time. When I spoke to the Manager I asked if it was possible to match the other seller with their price or come closer at least. Their response was Quote ~ "It is what its is!" What the heck! Only reason I went here was they were open Saturdays and found they had pretty reasonable supply of upholstery needs, however that was my last visit! I never going back after that service. Very poor.

fabric depot is a grate place for all your fabric needs the customer service has never been a problem for me or any of my frends that go to the fabric depot i would recomend fabric depot to anyone they have a grate choices and any time ive had qustions about a project im working on they have all ways ben happy to help me out overall grate place

Whats not to like? If you need fabric or upholstery hardware, this place has everything! Fair prices and a great staff dont hurt much either. They do custom upholstery work as well, definitely going to be taking advantage of that soon.
