My name is Don Besler my age is 69 years old. A couple years ago I had made a purchase taking advantage of a 2 year interest free promotion that Home Depot was offering. At the end of the 2 years we went in to pay the final balance before the penalties could accrue, the credit card company however told me we owed hundreds more than we should have. After considerable aggravation, phoning back and forth we finally contacted your assistant manager Chris Jones - Gonzales at your store in Prescott Valley AZ. Chris took us into a private room and immediately contacted the credit card company and systematically and persistantly demonstrated to the credit card company that there was no way we could have owed these extra fees they had added on. After an hour of working his way up the chain of command we ended up with the result that we knew was correct. All of this was due to Chriss persistence and determination. I highly commend this young man. And found it refreshing that we still have people like him willing to take time out of his very busy day and help a senior citizen resolve a complex issue. This young man would be an asset to any company. Having been a general contractor all of my adult life I recognize and appreciate and value an employee of this caliber. Thank you Chris! No longer a loyal customer. Over the last few years I have spent over 50k at Home Depot. I have encountered a few unfriendly employees from time to time, but nothing to this degree. I recently had an issue with a material I needed for a project that I was in the middle of being discontinued. When I reached out to the store for help, I was surprised by their complete lack of professionalism, compassion and even common courtesy. I could not even get anyone to answer a simple question. I was transferred over and over again to the pro desk where a rude gentlemen cut me off mid sentence and said he would call me back...he never did... and I tried twice. When I finally called the national number for help, they informed me that even though other stores in different areas carried the material I needed, they had no mechanism to ship store to store. BUYER BEWARE! If Home Depot stops carrying something you need, they will not warn you, they will not help you and they could care less. I am now literally left with a half finished project that has taken years to complete. I will never set foot in this Home Depot again and would strongly advise you to shop elsewhere.

Twice Ive gone to this Home Depot and then later walked out and went to Lowes. Sometimes I get OK service at this Home Depot, but the last time I went there I went there before 8:00 AM, there were more employees than customers, none of them seemed real interested in helping me, and when I finally flagged someone down they told me to go to a desk and ask about the product I was interested in there. I think in the future Ill try Lowes first. They seem to be a bit more hungry for my business.

I placed an order for delivery at the Prescott Store, It was sent to the Prescott Valley store to be delivered from???? I know the items where in stock at the Prescott store, but they called me this morning and told me the didnt have enough of what I ordered in stock! Then asked if I wanted just my lumber and sand delivered today, I told them no I wanted it all delivered together, sand, Paverstones and lumber. Was not even given a time estimate on when my things would arrive!!!!

Bought 1box Christmas tree lites for 8.00 dollars, wrong lites returned next day witn no receipt, paid cash! The girl at returns said she can only give me sale price of 2.00 dollars & change without sales receipt, because with it sales receipt they could have been stolen..All I wanted was a store credit.Made me feel like a thief- -- spent 1,0000s at home depot over years, built 3 Homes never walk in this store again

I like the store but the parking is a nightmare. It appears that the loading area in front of the west exit has been turned into a contractor parking lot. These people are not parking while they are being loaded, they are using this area as a parking lot. I would think this might be a violation of fire code. Because of this poor management issue, I usually select another store for shopping.

Its a Home Depot, sometimes you find exactly what you need, sometimes you get good assistance, sometimes not. The store is well organized, well stocked. The cell reception for Verizon is pretty bad in the building, so it is good to make sure you do your research on whatever project you are working on prior to getting to the store.

Dan, in plumbing, saved me about $20-$25.00, and about 3 + hours of work, showing me a rebuild kit for my anti siphon outside faucet. Very knowledgeable and very astute. In and out in 20 minutes, repair completed in 10 minutes plus water turn off and on time. Thanks for good knowledgeable people.

I always had help finding what I need. Never given my family any trouble bringing in my moms dog. have brought things to be delivered to my house multiple times, never had any problem. Even had help with the settings on my newly delivered fridge. Have had to return items and never had problems.

I love this store. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They do give military discounts to valid ID card holders and even support a meal for any veteran. Avoid TruValue in Prescott, they will not give the military one break. They fly American flags and they really have no right to.

Wow tried to call and schedule an installation of pergo flooring. Got thru but someone is suppose to call me back as they were busy. Thats fine, except i never received the call back. Guess they are too busy. That sucks

The workers here used to not care at all but since the Lowes opened they have improved greatly. Still not the most helpful place but if they have what you need and you know where to find it youre golden.
