Unfortunately Ive had mostly negative experiences with this location, Im a long time customer, I work in the construction industry, and this is one of the worst all around Home Depots Ive been to, most of the staff is rude, there are a few really nice employees but the majority of them are clearly not trained or managed properly, the wood selection here is all warped... most recently I showed up 2 minutes before closing which I try not to do if I can avoid it but they had already closed the store and wouldnt let me in for one peice of wood, it ended up costing me 2 days bc I wasnt able to prep for the plumber the next day and it really just ended up causing a huge problem, I thought that summed up this Home Depot perfectly, its run by rude selfish people... hopefully they at least re train some of these employees bc for a big outlet store its kind of a joke..

Bad experience with customers service and theres a girl named ITZEL NOT A NICE GIRL I can see how much she hates people she treats coworkers like nothing this is the second time today that I see how she treats the employees in front of customer,she have no idea how to do her work . I ask someone else why did she treats her coworkers like that and if there is somebody who can do anything about it you know, like give her some orientation, and make her stop, well they told me theres nothing what they can do, shes had no right to treat people like that. I think next time I will call the corporation and see what they can do is not fair for this employees to have this problem in their place where they work HOME DEPOT DONT YOU SUPPOSED TO GIVE A NICE PLACE TO WORK TO YOUR EMPLOYEES.??

JUST DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. GO TO ANOTHER HOME DEPOT. I put in an order yesterday for pick up today at 1pm. Its 4am its still being processed. It should only take 3 hours at most an employee there said when i called. Horrible horrible location. Def. not my favorite Home Depot by far. No one knows where anything is. No one can show you where anything is because they dont know. They usually just point in a direction which is common sense to where it would be but I want the aisle and left or right side for a warehouse type of store. Takes them FOREVER to help someone. I needed a light from the top of the racks and the lady never showed up 20 mins later with the latter so I left. Wont be back to this location.

One of the worst stores. As I walked into lawn and garden, there was an older lady on her phone, an older man sitting on one of the registers(yes, sitting ON), and a younger woman taking care of a customer. The only one to greet me was the already busy associate. Wanting to let a manager know how his associates are appearing to customers, I went inside and asked for a manager. Well , since theres 3 on duty, I have to wait while they are doing their walk. Really? Great job Home Depot. The manager did immediately go speak with those employees who were still doing the same thing I was complaining about!!! It was awesome. As I checked out, I thanked the associate who greeted me on the way in for doing so.

Horrible, Worse Store I have ever been too. Needed help with flooring and carpet. After 45 min of asking for help, only to be told the next person would help us. We left and went to Lowes, and they were more than happy to help us.!! They helped us pick out the wood flooring for the main part of the house and hallways, and the perfect match for the bedroom in carpet. 4700 foot home, you can do the math on how much was spent. We are now moving towards doors, fixtures and new counter tops for the kitchen and 3 bathrooms. You can bet we are going to drive right past the HD on our way to Lowes. Might be a tad bit more expensive, but to be treated as a human and a customer is well worth the extra money.

Would have had a great experience had it not been for the fact that they sold broken equipment to me. I went to buy a new showerhead set and found one that I liked. When I went home and opened the box however, I realized the parts inside didnt even match the product the box was supposed to be for. There were many parts missing as well. The box however, had been sealed to look like it were new. I was very upset with this cheating they had done. Moreover, they didnt offer any discount when I returned to the store to return the item either.

Not happy... Tried to order $2,600 of flooring, but had problems. Not available to order. Two separate stores in Phoenix have enough to fill our needs, but cant get it delivered to local store. Want us to go to 2 different stores, Tempe & Glendale, to get what we need. Going to try Lowes and Lumber Liquidators on Sunday and try to find something similar. Home Depot is becoming much less customer friendly. Good luck with that business plan. Al B.

Worst Customer service i have ever experienced.... no help from anybody. I asked an associate for help with blinds, he called over the loudspeker telling others i needed help. I then waited for 10 minutes and still no one came. i went back to the same associate and he called out again.... no one ever came. i walked out of that store vowing to never go there again.

Went in today to pick up a few things for the garden and pick up a new cordless drill. Lee in tools was the most helpful representative ever. He have me an unbiased review of different drills and helped me make a great choice for a new tool. Thanks Lee and the other helpful employees we encountered while on our visit.

Terrible! Asked for help in ceiling fans. Waited 15 or more minutes, associate finally came. Didnt even stop long enough to hear my question. Told me to return my item as he walked past. I didnt need to be told that I can return an item. I needed an answer to a question. Never impressed with this store.

Love this store, its never packed with people. So far every one ive dealt with here were better than any other store on this side of town. And you will never see or have to deal with one of those greasy wetbacks that smell like boiled cabbage begging to work for you.

I had a great experience here. I needed help selecting paint later in the evening and a young gentleman (I think his name was jeff) really went out of his way to help me. You dont usually find the level of service that I got hear in Tempe so I was quite pleased.

Ive been using this location a lot lately, and for pretty large purchases of building materials. Even when I go in near closing time, all of the cashiers and most of the associates have been extremely helpful and pleasant!
