RWC does nothing but give you a headache!!!! All the problems started at delivery when they didnt delivery the correct nails, as well as not delivering a box of nails that was ordered. When we were installing the shingles, there were about ten packets worth of damaged shingles. Not only that, but while we were opening the packets, we discovered over 50 packets of shingles of the wrong color! While all the numbers on the labels were the same, the contents were not. We called the company regarding the problem, and all customer service did was give us other numbers to call, and told us they would be able to handle our problem because RWC was only the distributer and that they had no control over the problem. After days, we finally got a hold of someone that was in charge and he told us that hed talk to someone about it. One week later, same old story. They had a representative come and take pictures and also told us that theyd talk to someone about the situation. Needless to say, that this company is not worth your time! If I had the option, I would give this a 0 star rating! If you do decide to go with them, all I can tell you is make sure everything is correct during delivery, and do not just trust the fact that all the labels are the same, make sure to go through the packets to see if they all match. With all honesty, I would highly NOT recommend RWC.

I have just received a certified PRELIMINARY LIEN NOTICE against my very small property management business in which I manage a Home Owners Association. Two months ago I had hired Thomas Roofing , Glendale , AZ to re-roof a 4-plex within the HOA community. As mentioned the job was completed a couple of months ago and ALL paid infull. I had no control as to the roofing material supplier chosen and had no idea RWC was the supplier until I received this certified mail indicating there was a pending/Preliminary Lien Notice! I have contacted Thomas Roofing and inquired the reason of receipt of the RWC Lien notice, as I have employed Thomas Roofing on a couple of jobs prior to the 4-plex. I have HIGHLY suggested to Thomas Roofing the use a different supplier, as it is an unethical practice by RWC to send Thomas Roofing customers a PRELIMINARY LIEN NOTICE. I would like to inform ALL roofing companies that the use RWC as a material supplier, you may be loosing business regarding the RWC Building Products practice of sending certified letters to your loyal good paying customers.

The wost experience with RWC. They placed a lien on my home. The Credit Manager Mark was no help. Mark blames the builder for the lien, the builder blames RWC. The lien was due to RWC not the builder. I am the customer and it has become my responsibility to follow up with this mess, file the lien release, pay $6, and head over to the county to get a lien release. I have to add the paper work that they send is incorrect so you have to call them and hear the lack of customer attention and service the offer. BE AWARE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. YOU WILL NOT BE TREATED WELL and will be following up on errors from their disregard. I see from other reviews that RWC does place a response. I wonder what find of fluff they will reply to.

We have been using RWC since 1976 when our Company was founded. Before you go to Home Depot and Lowes, please note that Home Depot buys their roofing materials from RWC, then marks up their price. RWC has made a few mistakes but we all do---and theyve always fixed anything thats been wrong as soon as its been brought to their attention. Weve dealt with them TENS OF THOUSANDS OF TIMES in the past 36 years, and we wont go anywhere else. There are other material supply houses in the valley who are not as well priced, nor treat us better than the people at RWC. We will NEVER go anywhere else. We couldnt be happier.

RWC was the supplier for the company that did our roofing. We had no direct contact with them. We paid our roofer in full when the job was completed. 3 weeks later we received a threatening legal letter from RWC, delivered by registered mail, letting us know that they had not been paid by the roofing company. I own a small business and I deal with subcontractors all the time. If one of my subcontractors sent threatening letters to my customers via registered mail before 30 days had passed on an invoice, I would no longer use that supplier. That is what I will be advising my roofing contractor.

We have been using RWC for over 10 years now as our roofing supplier and have a great working relationship with everyone that works there . The customer service is Excellent from the guys that take our material orders to the guys that load our trucks. By having a supplier that we have good communication with makes our business run much smoother . I refer other contractors we work with to RWC for any supplies they may need , they always have been taken care of . After being in the roofing industry for over 28 years RWC has been the best roofing supplier I have worked with .

The best customer service you can ask for! I was very out of my element, not sure where to get what I needed, or even really what it was called. They new exactly what it was, took me to it and loaded it up for me. I wish I knew the guys name that helped me, HSE was under salesperson on my receipt. So helpful and didnt make me feel stupid! Will definitely be back for anything else I need!

We shopped them against Home Depot, and even after a "Bid Room Discount" at Home Depot, RWC was less expensive by a bit. It seems that Home Depot buys from RWC. I cant say that they are perfect or horrible, but they are meeting our expectations and they are about 7% cheaper than Home Depot for us which is something. Not huge, but something.

We have been using RWC Building Products since 1994. Their service is outstanding and they have always delivered on time. As a roofing contractor working with a reputable company like RWC is crucial to our business.

We remodel a lot of older homes (1950-1980s) and the roofs always have broken roof tiles that will get called out during inspection. RWC typically has these matching hard to find tiles in their bone yard.

This place will rip you off!! They continually give you the wrong products and will not take refunds. NEVER GO HERE! Home Depot or Lowes is way better for roofing.
