Horrible. I wish I could give this company ZERO stars. Buy your equipment from another source. I placed my order on 31 December 2015 and paid for 2 day rush shipping ($$). Today is 9 January and I still have not received it. I fly back home to Mexico tomorrow. I guess the oxygen concentrator will eventually arrive to the hotel I stayed at here in Los Angeles, but then what? I wont be here to receive it. So what happens to my 2 thousand dollars? Two days ago I spoke to their tracking specialist, Ellen, and she promised they would overnight the machine so I could receive it TODAY. But nope, it did not arrive. She also promised that a new email would be sent with a NEWLY generated tracking number, because now my old tracking number no longer applies. Guess what? I didnt get the email either, so I guess I now officially do not have a tracking number, so it would seem there is no longer even any evidence of my order. I guess Im not even in their computer anymore. But they do have my money. Oh yes, they do have my money. Their excuse? Someone bought up the ENTIRE SUPPLY of Oxlife Concentrators "a few days ago" and there was now only ONE left in the entire United States of America and thats the one they were supposed to overnight to me out here in California, all the way from Connecticut. Really? Someone bought up the entire supply "a few days ago?" I placed my order LAST YEAR. Doesnt my order take priority over the humongous order placed "a few days ago?" Mexican law prohibits anyone from ordering medical supplies into the country and the machine is not available for purchase in Mexico anyway so I specifically arranged for the oxygen concentrator to arrive while I was here in Los Angeles for a medical checkup because I AM allowed to bring it back on the plane with me when I fly home. But now I go home empty-handed, and we live at an altitude of 8000 feet. Sucks for me. Vitality has my $2000 and I have NOTHING. So heres what Ive figured out. This company doesnt have a warehouse. They dont own anything. So essentially theyre selling you something they dont have. Furthermore they dont even know the availability of any given product at any given time. Im not sure how they get away with this. They take your money for a product they dont even know if they can find anywhere in the world! And Im sure customer service will respond to my review with some lame excuse such as "We are so sorry to hear that you did not receive your order on time. Unfortunately you ordered our most popular item and it seems there are just not enough of them being made right now. We hope you will give us another chance in the future." Blah blah blah blah blah. Well, here we are now at 11 February 2016. Vitality Medical has STILL not refunded my money to my credit card, which was charged on 31 December 2015. They even had the audacity to say that theyve returned my money. WHERE IS MY REFUND VITALITY?????????

EDIT TO REVIEW: After posting a 1 star review (see below), as well as identical 1 star reviews on Yelp, Google+ and the Better Business Bureau, I was contacted by Vitality Medical and told that my shipping would be refunded in full, as I had originally requested. I am grateful for this, as I feel it is very reasonable compensation for receiving my supplies days later than ordered, and for the massive inconvenience of not having them when we desperately needed them. I still have mixed feelings about my experience with Vitality Medical, as I wish my concerns couldve been met with understanding, kindness, and respect the first time I voiced them, instead of after I posted a scathing (though completely accurate) review. OLD REVIEW: 1 star is too much. The absolute worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. I ordered a urgently needed medical supply on Wednesday morning (12/21/2016) and paid $49.99 to have it "rush" shipped in two days. When I did not receive the item Thursday, I called Vitality Medical early Friday morning to ensure that my package would still arrive on that day. To my dismay, I discovered that it wouldnt be arriving until 12/27/2016, a full 6 days (3 business days) after I had placed my order. I called requesting a full refund of shipping, due to the massive inconvenience of receiving my supplies far later than I needed them (the reason we ordered them was because our DME sent the wrong size supply, so we urgently needed replacements). I was told that my full shipping would not be refunded (they did refund half), as 1-2 days shipping means that the item ships 1-2 days after the manufacturer receives the order, not after you place the order! How incredibly asinine and misleasing. The manufacturer could not receive the order for a month, and then 1-2 days later I would receive my order. When someone pays for 1-2 day shipping, they expect their order to arrive in 1-2 days from the time they placed the order, period. If this is Vitality Medicals shipping policy, then it is blatantly misleading and absolutely false advertising. The man I spoke to was rude and completely unapologetic. Instead of being sensitive to the frustration of a family with a very ill special needs child, we were talked down to and dismissed. We will NEVER be ordering from Vitality Medical again. I am very active in the special needs parenting community, and I will make sure that every other special needs parent knows to not trust their childs health with Vitality Medical.

I ordered several wound care supplies from Vitality. The 5-6 items came in 4-5 different boxes (over 4-5 days), which was unusual. It was also frustrating trying to track so many. In fact, one said it was delivered but we never received it and I was trying to tell that to Customer service. They just wanted to argue that "it said it was delivered this morning at 9 am". Luckily, later that day one of my neighbor offices brought it over when they noticed the address. Then the order sent was wrong in that I ordered a BOX of 12 gauze wrap bandages. I received 3 individual gauze wraps placed in a large plastic bag. The gauze were not individually wrapped and looked "dirty". There was no way I could use them for wound care. When I called to contact Customer Service no one answered any of the several options given in the automated answer. I tried 5-7 times before I finally got to speak with someone. Then, I got to wrong area so I was transferred. I spoke with gentleman who did not understand that gauze wraps are not useable if not individually wrapped or in box-especially when dirty. He was also the one who was so argumentative about the gloves being delivered to me that morning-even when I told him that I did NOT receive AND that person who signed did not work in my office. I ordered all on 5/4/16 and I am still waiting for the wrap gauze to come. I believe that they need to look at all parts of their service line on this one. In addition, they need to teach their Customer service personnel the art of "service recovery" or they will lose their customer- like they will LOSE me. Too bad!

Products were all well packed and delivered extremely fast, although the shipment did come in 6 different boxes from 6 different states! The 7-10 days economy shipping in February turned into a 2 days at my door shipment. Most impressed since I could not find the Adaptic mesh bandages that my surgeon used in any local pharmacy here in San Antonio. The clinic said I didnt need to use them past the first 2 changes but I was soon very uncomfortable with just placing wound filler and covering it with plain gauze. The sticking to the surface was tearing off the newly healed skin cells at each bandage change. My wound is 3x3 inches, from skin cancer, and on the shoulder. It was left open because there was not enough flesh remaining to stitch closed. Its estimated to take 4 months for the skin to grow back. The selection of wound care products at Vitality Medical was amazing. My only option in the San Antonio pharmacies was Polysporin and non-stick pads...which were sticking. With this order I now have a great supply to keep my shoulder germ free and on the road to healing. I dont know what I would be doing if I had not located them online. Finding the medical grade honey for wounds was an added bonus and Ill use that part of the shipment after clearing it on my 2 week followup with my doctor. Thank you Vitality Medical for giving me better options at very reasonable costs!
