Where do I start!! They do not even deserve one star. They ruined my daughters 7th Birthday!! So the person who took down my information and took money from me did not put our name down in the book!! So our party had to be shared with another party!! There were too many people in such a small space!! The animal encounter was supposed to be an hour and was maybe 30 mins. We had no help with the party, no table for the kids to eat their cake at, so seven year old had to hold their plate and stand up to eat cake. We had to ask for trash bags, no one checked on us during the party, and most of all her party was shoved into one little corner of the building. We did not even get half off the party like they told us they would!! Called back to talk to the owner but owner is never there and wont call you and just tells her managers to handle it but they are rude!! Teenagers working at the party were on their phones and a boy and girl working there were rubbing each others arms and flirting!! Total bad experience!!!! Thanks for ruining my daughters 7th birthday!!!!! Oh and they offered me a free 1 hour party.....a birthday party is something you cant redo!!!!!

This place is a joke they do not take care of the animals at all they are just inventory to them. Bought a prairy dog there that died 3 days later vet said it was in poor health but they told my wife on facebook it was our fault and told her that she was going to make a call and gets us a 4000$ dollar fine for a squirrel that we had. This from a woman that told us she comes across squirrels and raccoons and would call us if she found one and now she want to try to turn us in for an animal that was let loose months ago yet she was willing to sell the very animals she says are illegal. And you better check the info they give you about animals because most of it is untrue and they will tell you anything to make a sale. Most times the animals are in filth and we even saw a dead bird in cage

I went here to get my cat "groomed." First of all, I didnt realize there were that many places that would groom a cat! They were VERY reasonably priced. The lady who actually groomed my cat was very sweet and caring - you could tell she enjoyed taking care of animals, and I knew my kitty would be in good hands! She did exactly like I asked and brushed out my long haired cat and gave her a "gentle" hygiene trim. When I returned to pick up my kitty, she (the cat) wasnt stressed at all, which was nice. Overall I was more than pleased and will definitely be going back here!

I go there like once a week I love all there animals and staff great people and they take great care of there pets Ive gotten every single pet I own from them besides dogs and horses and were in great shape and health this is the only pet shop I trust to get a pet from I could go on for hours on how good they are love yall !!!! I know every one who works there great great people really helpful and nice love you jorden,Justin,bobby etc see yall next weekend

This place is horrible. The wallaby was pacing back and forth in its own feces and the coati was so distressed it was pacing back and forth on the hard tile floor with no padding. All the animals looked really distressed and depressed. It was a horrible experience. We went at 1 pm and they opened at 10 am. They had plenty of time to clean the wallabys cage. This place was awesome when they were in Hewitt but now its just sad.

I wish they took better care of the animals in their store. They have some beautiful creatures, but most of them look sad and cramped. The wallaby is never let out of the crate and cant even walk around. They should be shut down, or at least lose the ability to have larger animals with no space to house them.

Very impressive shop! Many different kinds of animals ranging from mice and fish to exotic mammals and birds. Lots of supplies including cages and feed. The young lady who helped me was very polite and helpful. Fun place to visit!

This place is awesome! So many cool animals to be able to be up close and personal with! The staff and the owner were awesome and super knowledgeable about their animals! Definitely worth our hour drive to go visit!

Very "ma and pa" kind of shop, not very organized or pretty, but the staff is awesome! They can get you anything and you can tell they care about the animals! Coolest pet store Ive ever been too!

Small opperation with helpful and respectful staff members. Offers feeder mice and rats with limited supply. Snakes, lizards, monkeys, pigs and everything in between.

Best place out of petsmart and petco which those two petstores dont feed their snakes crickets and have like 20-25 leopard geckos in a small ash cage. Poor leos
