As soon as I walked into the store I was met with the worst stench, like I had just stepped into an enclosed kennel. It was obvious the animal aquariums were not cleaned often. I went in for food for my dog, as I was walked by a row of clearance items which were CLEARLY marked, the same brand, and style and color harnesses were all next to a tagged price. The worker at the counter refused to give us the price that ALL the harnesses of the same type were marked, because the harness rang up a different price at the counter. Needless to say, they lost a $50.00 or more sale. I will not shop there again.

We stoped in to get some pet supplies for a dog we just rescued. We were at the check out and one of the groomers saw her on her way out (I assume done with her shift). Struck up a conversation with us about the dog and we didnt know much info which she and cashier provided, she also noticed her nails were getting very long and offered to trim them quick at no charge. Very awesome of her to do that. Thanks much

These employees are amazing! They rescue fish from being killed! My pet fish had outgrown the tank. I was stressing over the fact my budget was tight and could Not afford a larger tank. Petco saved my fish from ending up in a pond. Petco Stores are the ONLY ones that helped me. THANK YOU!

This store smells so bad. As soon as you walk in youre overwhelmed with the stench of death and feces. I Purchased a plush toy & took it home and it STUNK. Will drive to Petsmart from now on.

Walked in and counted 9 dead fish in their saltwater tanks, most of which were way overcrowded. They also had 4 iguanas ok one small tank. All the fish and reptiles looked very unhealthy.

what good does it do to make an appointment 2 weeks out. My appointment was not in their computer so my option was to re-schedule. NOT a chance. This is not customer service!!!

Didnt trim my dogs face and cut his hair very short. Wasnt very kind either. She manhandled my dog before taking him back. Given the level of service, way overpriced

The people that work here are ignorant and the grooming is expensive (tack on extra costs when you pick up your dog).
