Josh is an awesome guy. I was planning some travel going through Tyler from way out of state, and had a few hours downtime. Called him to see about renting a bike. Not only did he set me up, but he let me in outside of hours to accommodate my schedule. He recommended trails, gave me directions, described where to park, what the trail was like, and how long it would take. The bike was killer and he met me when I was done to receive his bike - all during his day off! They have a full fleet and can get whatever you need. Theyre the only shop in east TX, that I could find, wholl rent a MTB. Go see them or call and ask for Josh. Best customer service Ive ever experienced! Kudos to these folks for running an impressive bike shop.
