Will never return! Luis couldnt have been any less friendly. Smiled at Luis, greeted him, my husband and I were really enjoying our day. Went in looking for an extra comfy bicycle seat that allows me to ride more than half a mile. Luis then informed me that the seat didnt dictate the distance. Oh, and here I thought that numbness in my nether regions was a pretty good reason to dismount, but Luis set me straight. Still, I was going to purchase a seat, when my husband noticed it might not be a good fit for the post on my bike. When my husband inquired of Luis how the seat mounted on the bike, Luis replied, "What do you mean?" Hmmm. Not sure how to rephrase that. My husband found a way and once again Luis provided a reluctant AND less than helpful answer. Silly us, we continued to offer Luis a way to redeem our tarnished opinion of him and his lousy customer service. We will be replacing my current bicycle in the near future, and to that end, my husband made a last ditch effort to connect with Luis. "What are the bicycles with huge tires used for?" my husband asked. "What do you mean?" Luis replied.... uhh, What kind of riding, uhhh... now we dont even know what to say. I think we are fairly articulate folks, we dont usually have a lot of trouble communicating and open-ended questions invite one to expand on their product and be informative. Not so with Luis. "Whatever you want. Off-road. Its easier." Ah. That clears it all up, Luis. Thanks. You should only go to this store if you know exactly what you want. On second thought, your money deserves a friendlier reception and better customer service...Take it somewhere else.

I went in on Labor day weekend (saturday) and didnt get good customer service, but I knew that a Kid from U of H did not want to sell bikes ...He was more interested in his football team playing. I decided to wait and give it another try. My second go around was to speak with the manager Jeremy...He is AWESOME and very informative ! I got my bike ordered and I knew that the owner of the company would be more helpful than some KID from U of H. Take note.. if you want to work you work...your not there to watch a U of H game... youre there to sell bikes and help a customers period!. Thank you again Jeremy youre the best ! looking forward to getting my Tricycle... Color is pink! :)

I purchased my Giant Sedona ST from this bike shop back in 2011. I am still riding the same bike today with over 3,000 miles put on it in just over 4 years. Jeremy (the owner) has been an absolute Godsend with I needed him the most, he was there to fix issues I had. Ive continued to use this shop for maintenance & would recommend all shopping for a bike to go to a place that not only has quality products but also provides exceptional customer service. I cant emphasize enough that this is a top tier bike shop.

Purchased a pair of spin shoes.. First time use the clip keep turning the inner piece to shoes the spd screws into was stripped some how.. Took back to exchange and shoe them what was happinng. They guys got upset with an attitude refuserd to exchange them.. And with an attitdue said just give me your card for a refund.. I am sorry but you dont treat you customers this way.. All i wanted was an exchange and they would not even honor that.. Will never shop here again...

What a fantastic bike shop! These guys are so personable, friendly, and helpful. I’m new to the area and came in to look over and repair my road bike tire. They had some other bikes to repair, but immediately and efficiently identified and repaired my bike. Prices are excellent! I will definitely be coming back to this shop. Thank you guys for your awesome customer service!

If your sign says youre open, youre open. I brought my bike in for a simple repair, and they couldnt do it because the register was closed. They could have performed the five-minute repair, took my money, and then ring it up in the morning. Nope. Insted they chose to turn my business away.
