Safety risk. Doesnt check work. Paid $77 for 2 tubes and a reassembly of my headset. Had loose crank arms after requesting " please make the bike perfect I need the headset tightened down and for you to check for other problems I will pay for any extra labor, please make my bike safe." And when I went back to have them tightened it was worse than before after checking the problem 5 minutes after he said he fixed it. He uses power tools so good luck getting bolts off yourself. Youre very likely to have axle/ bearings problems in the future. Ive been riding for over 13 years and made the mistake of trusting a shop to do it and a loose bolt ended with me breaking my face. Tried to give it another shot 2 years later at a different place and was assured again Biscari bike doesnt care about quality.

I had a chance to get to know the owners during the MS 150 cycling event recently as they volunteer their services and play a huge role helping cyclists during the ride. Top notch! They got one of our team members bikes up and running again in a matter of minutes. Friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. My bike will go to them for maintenance from now on. And my next bike purchase will absolutely come from one of their stores as well.

I always go to this bike shop if I have a problem with my bike. They are super friendly and very knowledgeable. Prices are good. Never been disappointed with Dave or Bob. Ive bought several bikes from this place and will for sure be back for any thing I need for my bike :)

Figured I would support a local bike shop instead of Walmart or Target but was not impressed. The two individuals there were not helpful at all. Should have gone to Target and paid less. I will go out of my way to Epic Bike from now on for my bike parts and service.
