The customer service at this store is pathetic. My mom was newly out of surgery and we drove her 45 minutes to take her to this store in San Marcos to get a comfortable new pair of shoes. I talked up a specific shoe to my Mom and luckily they had it in stock but no thanks to an associate for any assistance. Even at the fitting rooms I had to track someone down to help me. Then at the checkout counter they must have messed up a simple checkout due to payment with a chip 3 times before getting it right. Finally, we were advertised a $10 off coupon if we fill out a quick survey. They said you can use it at your next visit..... What they didnt say is that you need to fill out the survey within 7 days of your purchase and that you must wait 1-4 business days to receive the coupon by email and that this coupon expires. Best of luck to you other shoppers. I truly hope you have a better experience than we have had. Worst experience ever!

I have been to this store in San Marcos as well as the Nike factory store in El Paso....Complete 180 in the price tags and discounts applied. I bought a pair of KDs for $60 and there was an additional 30% off because it was on the back wall. I bought my son a pair of Lebrons for $75 and 30% off. The store in San Marco does not compare when it comes to the prices. They are all basically still full price or very very close to it.....If you ever travel thru El Paso stop by youd be surprised. Lucky for me I have had to go to El Paso once a month and can get a real deal. Crazy.

I loved the Nike Factory store! I went recently and found a lot of very nice products on clearance. I found a pair of Flyknit running shoes and they are incredibly comfortable, lightweight, and stylish. To add to that list there are a lot of quality and interesting shoes on the back clearance wall that have been marked down in price significantly. Plus the employees were very helpful and kind with helping me find what I was looking for. Overall I would definitely recommend this store!

The first time I went in they had a good selection and the customer service was great. I went back today, a month later, and the employees avoided eye contact with me in attempt to eliminate conversation and the selection was horrible compared to my first visit. I left and went next door to Champs, got the exact same shoes I intended to buy at Nike, and the employees were friendly and helpful.

Please put specific signs on what is discounted. A sign said literally 20% off young athletes shoes. When we checked out the girl said ... "Yeah thats only for the shoes without lids" ... There was nothing of that sort advertised so it was a bit disappointing. There was no attempt to resolve this issue and that made it a little worse. I usually have a good experience here but not this time.

Plenty of staff ready to help you. A large computer screen at the back where you can browse online. If a staff orders for you there is no shipping charge. Paul, one of the staff was very helpful. I described what shoe I was looking for and he found and ordered it for me to be sent to my house. He stayed with me till I selected my shoes and ordered. Great job!

Good place to get really good discounts on Nike gear. The staff was helpful and kept the store clean and well organized. The clothes were heavily discounted and I was able to snag good quality shorts for $20 each. The shoes, although not having a price tag markdown, are much cheaper than normal Nike stores. Definitely worth a look if you want to save a buck.

I love this store. They always have shoes that I want at low prices. I bought a pair of SB and a pair of running shoes all under 80$. Best time to go is during opening hours on a weekday. The employees are very nice, helpful and quick to get you in and out when youre ready to pay. Ill go back once I wear out the ones I bought.

Good selection, can be easy to get a good discount on a last season pair of shoes. Husband wears a size 13 and he can usually find something he likes. It is very busy, I have yet to experience a "slow" day here.
