My husband and I brought in our 8 year old to buy him new shoes. We like to let him look on his own (while we stand 10 steps away) to get a feel of how to check prices. AJ immediately approached him and asked if he could help him pick out a pair. Our son described what he wanted and the amount of money to be spent. AJ was awesome! He took the time to listen and helped our son pick out exactly what he wanted. Then, showed him several other pairs of shoes in his price range. AJ explained that buying the other two pair would be the same price as the original my son had picked. My son loved that idea! We shop a lot and I have never seen a salesperson take the time to not only listen to an 8 year old but be willing to stand there and help him. Vans has made a lifetime customer out of our family due to AJs care and help. You have a great employee. Thanks AJ for all the help. Our son is wearing his blue vans right now and still talking about the cool guy he met at the Vans store. You are an awesome person for the time you took to make him happy.

Called the store to see if they had a product in my size. Representative told me they had my size, so I drove 30 minutes out of my way . Got there, and they didnt have it. To which the guy responds, "My Bad! Is there something else you want to buy?" 3 employees helping no one at all! 1 employee had his shoes off cleaning them on the counter. No work ethic, pride or respect for the customer.

Man, sometimes the people working here are so helpful, I feel like I dont deserve it. Would definitely come back again.

The employees make sure you get what you want and one even sang to me as I checked out. Awesome!
