The employee we talked to, was so nice. He really seemed like he wanted to help us. They didnt have the backpack we wanted in stock, so he suggested we order it. We did, because he told us it would be fast, and it arrived in a total of 3 days! (From the day we ordered, to the day it arrived)

its really organized and has alot of products you dont find anywhere else. customer service is average and they seem understaffed most of the time. When so many people come in to buy product, there arent many people there.
