Horrible customer service. I found a jacket I really liked, but the rack didnt have one in my size. I went to ask the staff if they would mind checking the back to see if the had a larger size, but before I could spit out the words the cashier (who was chatting with her colleague) said " no we dont have anymore". She didnt even look at the jacket I was talking about. Ive worked retail and I understand how management likes to rotate inventory. But I also know that inventory doesnt come in limited supply. The least she could have done was pretend to look.

Great prices on winter gear and shoes! The quality is comparable to North Face and sometime even better especially the jacket with the Omni shield design which makes them lighter.
