I went here today to buy some shoes, the moment I walked in one of the ladies working the front went and got a guy from the back and they pretended to be looking through clothing, but kept looking at me as if I was going to steal something. The looks on their face made me feel like I was belittled or nothing. There were customers in there before I arrived. I dont know why they chose me to do this to; but it made me feel so horrible I quickly left and went to cry in the parking lot. I will never be back to this store....1st and last time.

I know this is an Outlet store, but the regional manager or manager of the store should ask for the store to be a little bit more organized and not as cluttered. When my daughters were I visit the store you always leave with a headache. Nothing is organized by size or style or even color , its like looking for a needle in a haystack. Usually most of the time we leave with nothing usually its a waste of time.

Today my daughter and I went to the store and my daughter wants to try some high heels, I ask to a cashier if he can cut the string, so she can try it on and walk the cashier ask the manager his name is LUPE and he said they can cut it just if a will buy the shoes,how I know if I going to buy it if my daughter couldnt walk because the string was to short!!! The worst manager ever.

Another store than has a few discounts. Not quite the full outlet pricing Id expect. Definitely gets a few sales but the same as if youd shop at your local one.
